+ -1 more"You wFrom the time he got out of the truck he was totally negative. He could not find the heads...need money now...will come back. Then the next day when we again went over what needed to be done (which we would pay for when done) he said, "you want ME to do all that?" we reaffirmed that yes we needed a licensed septic tank business to make all these repairs. He said,"NO, he was not going to fix it." He hung up the phone
Description of Work: Called him for annual inspection and to locate & identify 3 sprinkler heads. Turned pump on & stood by tank. We located 1 sprinkler head installed under a fence, turned side ways & spraying into ground (Gregg Septic installed the system). He said he would have to come back & that will be $130.00 for today, which we paid. He called 04/02/2014 said he was on his way & to bring a check. we outlined again what needed to be done...he said NO he was not going to fix our problem and hung up the phone.
