She had been with Best Buy for several years, which is always a good sign, and had purchased several of the Kindle Fire Tablets for family members. After describing the age of the recipients and what they planned to use the products for, she was able to give us helpful hints regarding protective cases, warranty extensions, protective screen covers and other necessary peripherals. We have also purchased other computer equipment, such as android Tablets and flat-panel TV's from Best Buy and always found their staff members extremely well informed and always so helpful.
Description of Work: Sales personnel assisted with advice and answered questions regarding Kindle Fire Tablets.

Description of Work: Geek Squad is in our local Best Buy and we use them for a computer repair. We have a contract with them for 2 years for computer related problems. We bought a new computer last February and the hard drive has some problem.
