Victor, the owner, was a very professional and courteous young man. A pleasure to work with. He came out to inspect our roof the same day I called him. He explained the problem and how he proposed to fix. I thought his estimate was reasoned and I told him I wanted him to do the job. He said he had several things and would get back to do the work within the next three days ( all forecast to be dry). The next day he called and he could do my work that day. I told him that would be great and he was there in less than hour. He came in about thirty minutes and completed work in a few hours. He looked and some work in an additional, cleaned my gutters and removed some vine from my roof for the price he had quoted. Best and most prompt service I have ever received on a leak. I will not hesitate to use him in the future.

Victor , the owner, answered our phone call and came over within the hour to inspect our roof. He could not see any visible damage on the roof itself and made an appointment to return the following morning . He explained he wanted to inspect the roof from within our attic. He said to do the work properly ,this was the best way. The house is older and the crawl space in the attic is very tight. .This certainly was not an easy task but he did it with a smile and assured us this was the best way to insure getting the job done correctly. He did not want to tear off shingles that were not causing the issue .We had two other roofing companies inspect our roof prior to calling Victor and they said there was not anything wrong with our roof.They did not even discuss entering the attic to get to the root of the problem.Victor went well beyond the effort the other two companies were willing to go. Victor flagged the areas he need to work on by using tacks he hammered up through the attic. He gave us a very fair price, went to the store and purchased the shingles, tore off and replaced the shines, cleaned up and told us to call anytime with a question or concern.This was all done that day. Rain was forecast the following day and he wanted to get it done for us before the deluge . He was wonderful and we felt immediately at ease and in good hands.He cared about his craftsmanship and his word ! We will call him again for any roofing needs in the future. We also asked him to give us recommendations for some other work that needs to be done around the house. If he recommends someone, I am sure they are also exemplary tradesmen.

I called Victor on the 25th and he came to give me an estimate that same day. Victor is very knowledgeable and explains things in easy to understand terms. He gave me several solution to my problem and a price for each. He answered my question thoroughly and when I made my decision he said he would be back either on the 27th or the 28th. Victor arrived early on the 27th and proceeded to fix the leak. He did the work himself which I found very reassuring. He explained what he was doing and checked the rest of the roof. That's when he noticed the pipe guards were old and rain was getting in between the pipe and the roof. He gave me a price and I OK-ed the worked. When Victor finished he cleaned out the gutters and blew the deck off. I am very satisfied with the work Victor did.

Victor is a very nice man. He was very helpful, showed us issues that he found and explained how to repair. Very honest and on time. We will definitely hire his company when the time comes to replace the roof.

I called Victor Chacon the owner of East Texas Roofing Specialists in April to get a bid. He was very prompt and came at the scheduled time. I got other bids for the job but I liked his best. He wasn't the highest or lowest but I liked how he presented and explained everything. He is very customer oriented, punctual and tries to please. He finished the roof in one day. He kept me informed of everything. Clean up was great. The roof looks great. Wonderful to find somebody with pride in workmanship.
