Description of Work: Just not a very good cleaning job. They didn't do as good of a job as my wife and I would do and that's just not worth paying for. Everytime they came out, we would have to ask them to do a better job or hey, could you clean this the next time you come. I personally feel I shouldn't have to instruct people who clean houses for a living on how to do their job. We have an alarm on our home, and I guess they didn't realize it, but whenever you turn it on/off we receive a text message with the time. Our home is approximately 2400 sq ft. It takes my wife and I a good 2 hours to clean just our kitchen and dining room area. The last time they came out, by the times on the alarm, they were there for an hour and 15 minutes and tried to say they cleaned the entire house. That time includes coming in, getting set up, and picking up their stuff when complete. When I got the text message that they were complete, I rushed home to see the "job" they did. There was stuff in the sink, the table was still dirty, and what really blew it for me was when I closed the bathroom door, there was a spider web on the floor. So they obviously swept and mopped around an open door, not even bothering to close it. We've since hired another team of Hispanic ladies. For the same price, they stay a minimum of 4-5 hours. They wash and dry our sheets and remake the beds. You can literally eat off the floors when they are done. Much better bang for my buck. I would not recommend Debbie does Houses, Tex Pro, or whatever they're calling themselves these days to anyone.

 + -1 moreI spoke with Debi by phone 3 or 4 times. she had a close family member in the hospital and I never heard from her again. I can't judge anyones service while they're dealing with family emergencies.

We three children decided to help her out, but she was very leery of having someone in her home that she didn't know. Debi won her over. She is pleasant, professional, and thorough in her work. Outstanding. Now Mother intends to call on Debi in the future when she needs help.

 + -1 moreWhile they are not the first cleaning company I have hired they are among the best. They are punctual, thorough, and professional while not being aloof. They have been very accommodating through the summer when my small children have been around. I would not hesitate to recommend them. .

Everything was neatened up, dusted, vacumed, baseboards cleaned, picture windows cleaned (my others would require a ladder), bathroom was immaculate, hardwood and tile floors mopped. bed's made. It was great!
