+ -1 moreFirst calls went unanswered, waited a couple months then called again. Second round of calls finally got the estimate. Estimate seemed reasonable, so I asked for references. Was promised references would be snail-mailed to me. Never heard from them again despite 3 followup calls.
Description of Work: Came out finally to give me an estimate.

+ -1 moredid good work on the deck.part of the siding had to be redone because they used the wrong material.the deck has a water leak and we have been promised for the last six weeks they would come and fix it and bring our warranty papers.we have never received the requested service even though we have asked repeatedly.now they won't answer our phone calls and not return the calls after messages being left to call us.I was really impressed with them when they started and thought Keith was a stand up guy.I can't recommend them to anyone now.

Description of Work: They came in and finished a badly performed job from another contractor. It looks beautiful and they used so little material that I was able to return enough to cover their fee.

+ -1 moreAppreciated the quick response and further options presented by this vendor. Was able to locate replacement through one of his recommendations.
Description of Work: We needed to replace a thermopane window panel dye to a rock or BB shot hole. As there was no brand identification on the windows, called Classic Exteriors. Mr Linthicun returned my call within a few hours and came out the next day. He could not ID the brand and was not able to schedule replacement but did give me 2 local company contacts that would be able to locate a replacement based on the builder's name. Wiuld definitely call him for future construction work in our home.

+ 3 moreHe does siding and gutters, patio covers, and home remodeling; he does it all. He's coming out next week; he's still doing work for me.
Description of Work: Keith Linthicum at Classic Exteriors has done a lot of work for me. He has built a sunroom, a patio deck, and a pergola. He sided my house, he put in all new efficient windows and he remodeled my bathroom.
