Outstanding! The hickory tree was within 5 feet of my shop and 10 feet away from an oak tree in my back yard. They cut down the dead tree which was about 4' in circumference and 50 feet tall with no missteps at all. They ground out the stump, cleaned the mess up, got all of the old limbs off the top of my shop and were gone in an hour and 10 minutes. I also have a sprinkler system in my yard. I marked the sprinkler head locations and they stayed clear of them so as not to break any.

Very impressed! Responded immediately to my request for a quote, job was done same day I called and agreed to price. With all our rain everything is pretty soggy, they took great care not to damage lawn, a few tracks but hard to avoid They were fast, professional & efficient, interesting to watch them almost like it was choreographed. Completely cleaned up when they were done, you would never know they had been there except the trees were gone! Highly recommend them, we are extremely pleased with the results!

We had a medium sized Water Oak that fell on our house during the tornado that came through Longview on April 9, 2015. They came out the day I called them and worked until the light was gone. Ended up with the tree off of the house and down on the ground, only the trunk and stump remained. Everything was done quickly, safely and no further damage to the house. There was a dispute on the price for this service, but after some negotiations we came to an agreement. I would just make sure you have in writing the cost per tree to be removed. We had a total of 16 that were quoted, but after a lower bid came in from a different tree company, I had C&M invoice me for just the one tree they removed. The price for the one tree was disproportionately high and the reasoning was unacceptable. I would use them again, but just be sure everything is understood as far as the price. If removing the tree is an emergency, expect to have to negotiate the price down if possible.

They arrived when they said they would and got right to work and did everything in one day. I used them because I have seen some of their work in the neighborhood and they also had a competitive price. I liked the fact that they seemed to have all of the equipment needed. I was impressed with how everyone worked as a team. There was some damage (small dents) to the lawn, but I expected this and with the trees gone it was not a big issue because we were going to make some changes to the yard. There was no damage to the sprinkler system, house, and fence. Clean-up was pretty good. I would use them again. I believe if I had a complaint or problem they would take care of it.

Cand M worked hard to accommodate my schedule. They arrived, worked hard for 1 1/2 hours, and then quickly cleaned up everything. And because there was no way to get hauling equipment close to the actual tree locations, they carried the debris away by hand from the back of the house to the street.

I called them in the morning for an estimate on the job. The estimator said they were working in my area and could have someone over right away. I was not at home so he gave my wife the estimate which was very reasonable. I agreed and said to tell them to go ahead when they can. He called back later in the day and said he could come over in 30 minutes and get started. They arrived with an entire crew. Six men with chainsaws and tree trimmers, Tractor, large shredder for the tree limbs and truck for hauling off large trunks. They got to work immediately and they were amazing! Each man took a job and the work was done in less than two hours. My wife and I were truly impressed. They cleaned up every limb and leaf . This is truly a professional and courteous company. It was refreshing to see how they got the work done as described and so quickly. I can recommend them to anyone needing trees trimmed or removed. They can do it all and do it quickly and well.

The workers along with the owner, Mr. Castillo, arrived promptly on time, bringing their equipment and ready to work about 9 a.m. They were quite organized as to whom was assigned to which jobs, everyone went to work and stayed busy until the entire project was completed. I had a few extra wood posts, lumber, brick, and some junk that Mr. Castillo had agreed to haul away for me as part of the job, along with the dead trees, limbs, brush, etc. There was a lot of waste for them to dispose of . They have a wood chipper as well as a large dump truck making them well equipped for this type of work. Even with this heavy type of equipment, they did not damage my yard in any way. To the contrary, all of the areas where they worked were raked and cleaned very nicely when they left. The workers were all very quiet, well mannered, and polite. The job was completed in record time, less than 3 hours, Mr. Castillo is a gentleman, very considerate, answered all of my questions in advance. Like most good employers, he is a hard worker, and works right there beside his men seeing the job well done. I couldn't have been more pleased with the job done by C and M Tree Service, I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.. I have actually used these guys twice. In 2012 I had them top a pine tree that had fallen into the cable tv wiring. Both times they were prompt to call me back and make an appointment. They showed up on time (maybe a little early). The men were very professional and had all the proper equipment. The start of the job instilled confidence that they knew exactly what they were doing. They had everything finished very quickly. I have learned not to skimp on tree removal or trimming. Lawn guys and such do not know what they are doing and they usually do not carry any insurance for you or them. Btw, this company is bonded and carries insurance.

We decided to wait until the fall to do this work. We will probably contact this provider again. They were a little pricey

They did a wonderful job on the trees. Cleaned up the yard great. Were very professional. I would recommend them to others.

It's been nothing but good. When they do trees it's like watching artists work. They clean up every single leaf that they knock down and when they're done you don't even know they've been there. Their prices are very compatible and reasonable. We've used other ones and their service is above anybody else's. We know the whole family and they're always here when they say they're going to be here. If we're not here, they come and do the work anyway so they don't have to be supervised or anything. I won't use anybody else.

I would recommend them very highly. I was very pleased with them because they did what they said they were going to do and they cleaned their mess up. The price was fair, I checked with another company, and they were higher.

Phone contact was very unprofessional. Worker came to our home on 3/12/13 and gave estimate and advice. He was very nice and we had no issues with him. He said the owner would call us and they would come out together and talk with us more. Today is 3/25/13 and we have not heard anything from them.

Showed up on time to give estimate and showed up on time to do the job. They completed the task quickly and cleaned up everything. Eric was easy to talk with and very professional. I recommend their company.

Emilio and Julio (the owner's) were both on the job with a crew of three other men. They did a great job and were very courteous. I would be happy to use their services again. The price was more than I expected, but they had to use a tractor drawn bush hog which I am sure raised the price.

They did an excellent job. They were very polite, very cordial, very friendly and very efficient. They were insured and bonded at that time, which I always check for before hiring. I had also used their services a year and a half ago. As lightening had hit a 65-foot bull pine, I had them cut it down. They removed the stump and they cleaned up everything and didn't even leave a pine needle. A young man was the contractor and he had several people working for him. I had got two other bids, one was for $1200 and the other was for $1300, but he charged me only $900. They are all too high, but he gave me the best price. They did an excellent work in the way they treated us, and that is part of the service that I look at as well. I don't just look at the physical work that they do. Their action and attitude towards their customer were excellent. I have got a bid from them this year too as I have 20 trees that have to come down.

I had a tree cut down and some stumps removed and they had actually pretty much cleaned my entire back yard for me and tore down an old storage shelf I had and then tore up some old concrete and they went above and beyond, the tree service. They are probably the best in town price wise and they pretty much work until the job is done and they are reliable.
