Ray was responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. I contacted him about installing an HDTV antenna in my home. He promptly returned my phone call, came to my house to look at the project, and gave me a quote. We agreed to complete the project so he orders the antenna and we set up an installation date. He arrived right on time, completed the work, and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction. He provides a one-year warranty on his work. I recommend ARC if you need an antenna installed.
