Resident hasn't mentioned the odor since plumber did the work. I was given an (apparently, unofficial) estimate that was considerably less than the invoice. The major expense was $369.25 for a plumber for 3.5 hours.

They arrived as scheduled and performed the job very efficiently. As a consumer, you always want a lower price, but the important thing is it was done correctly. Another plumber performed the same task for $40 dollars lower one month ago and the job lasted one month. These guys know what they are doing. They are friendly and they get the job done. I was recommend them for any plumbing needs.

They do excellent plumbing work. Their prices are good. They are nice, clean, and they clean up after their work. They are the only company that told us that they are charging us for the hour and if they have some time left, they ask if there is anything else that we needed done. I never had a plumber that asked for more work. Since we were paying for the entire 1 or 2 hours, he was honest enough to say, "Okay this is fixed. It did not take long. Have you got anything else because you're still paying me and you still have time left to get something else done." So we did. They did the bathroom and fixed whatever was in the bathroom like sinks and faucets.

We decided to go with a different company.

Very nice, professional, considerate! Always on time, always polite, always clean up the and quot;messand quot;. As a woman, I appreciate they always explain the issue, and the process of the repair. Dispatcher is also awesome!

Arrived as scheduled and completed work in less than an hour. Very friendly and efficient.

It went well. It took a couple of hours, but progressed well without incident. The workers were polite as we continually passed them in the hall during the work.

They did good work. They did what they were supposed to do in a good time manner. They finished the job in one day. The price was reasonable for plumbing. They came out the next day. They called me so I could meet them and not have to sit out here and wait, which I liked.

Their prices have been reasonable and I have never felt over charged for the work they performed. I have had several different plumbers from Goettle Plumbing do work for me and they all performed extremely well. I will use them exclusively for any further plumbing needs.

From the first phone call to the completion of the job, they have been prompt, courteous, and professional. They always clean up well after every job. I think they are a model of what a service company should be.

I have them on speed dial on my phone because you never know when you're going to need a plumber. When you call them they are there, Johnny-on-the-spot. They have always treated me well and have done a good job. They are reasonably priced and are in line with everyone else as far as I'm concerned. I trust whoever they send.

Smooth from start to finish. Showed up on time, finished the job in a few hours. No mess, no muss, no fuss. We have used Albert Goettle Plumbing several times over many years and have never been disappointed. They are always competent and professional.

They're quick and come out when they say they will. I give them good ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

Called at 8:00am they said it would be after lunch. They called back around 9:00am and said plumber was finished early, I said great, come on over. They were very professional, came in and got right to work. I asked them to check another drain, They did, and were very nice about it. Second sink drain had to be cleaned from the roof. They did a great job. I finally feel I have found a plumbing company I can call again and again.

They are a really great company. They are really professional and are just about always available.

Every drain in our house was backing up. Have used him several times. He even came out on a Thanksgiving one time to fix my toliet that had backed up. I would use him again and would recommend him to other people. He is wonderful.

Overall, I will have to call a different plumber to check the water line to the dishwasher to see if any water is getting to my dishwasher since this plumber says he couldn't get to it. I own a pier and beam home and there is adequate space underneath to work.

I stopped by my house at lunch. I flushed the toilet and it continued to run, not a trickle, but gushing. I jiggled the handle and it continued. I called Albert Goettle Plumbing for service. I received a callback within 15 minutes, stating the plumber was on his way. Two men arrived and repaired everything in 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the quick, professional service. I recommend Albert Goettle Plumbing for anyone needing plumbing work.

It went very well. Only complaint was that I was charged an extra twenty minutes for what they explained to me as a dispatch fee, when they only stayed 50 minutes to finish the job. But the plumbing work was very good and they were very courteous. This is the second time I have used them and was just notified of the dispatch fee.

Punctual, friendly and professional. The plumber replaced some parts and fixed the hot water problem and cleaned the drain. They explained what they were doing and why. Cost of their labor was in-line with local plumbers. I would use this company again.

The remounted toilet was unstable and broke in just a few weeks and the person I spoke to suggested that I stood on the toilet and broke it!!!

The experience was wonderful! I had called several plumbers in the Longview, Texas area and gotten estimates for what we needed done. Albert Goettle Plumbing was here within an hour, they called before they left their office to let me know they were on their way. It only took them about 1-1/2 hours to complete the job. They removed and replaced our old gargbage disposal with a new one, replaced the pipes under the sink and simplified the way the pipes were ran. They ran a plumbing snake thru the pipes and made sure that the sink was draining properly, by checking the dishwasher and washing machine drains as well. After the work was performed I was shown how the disposal works, shown what to do if it stops and they explained how the pipes were ran. I was also told that there is a 30 day "warranty" on the drainage. In other words if sink backs up or is slow to drain that they will come back out within the 30 days at no charge. The best part is that the total bill with the senior citizen discount was $120.00 less than the estimate we were given! I would recommend Albert Goettle Plumbing to anyone who may need a plumber in the future.

This a good and generous man. His quality of work is excellent. He came on time and was very responsive to any questions I had. He's so helpful to me partly because of my age. It's very nice that he is good to the elderly.
