I found Andy on the internet. I called and made an appointment. On the day of the appointment Andy called and said he was on his way and made it within the appointed hour. Andy know immediately what the problem was. He said that it was either the motor and the pump or just the pump. He proceeded to empty the tube and removed the pump. He said he would call me with the problem in a few days since it was a Friday. The next day I got a call from him saying the motor was fine and he will be changing the pump. He said he would have it ready on that Tuesday. Tuesday came and It was late morning and I haven't heard from him. I called and was told that he had been to my house before daylight and put the pump back. He left the invoice on a door I had not opened that morning. I filled the tub and it works just fine. Andy did a good job and I would highly recommend him to anyone who neded his service.
