+ -1 moreI was so pleased with Able Janitorial when I used them last spring, that I called to have him come this spring as well. He did an amazing job! He was genuinely kind and thoughtful about some trouble areas. They offer deals on Facebook very often, so watch for that! I absolutely will use Able again!
Description of Work: I needed the carpets cleaned in 2 rooms and my hallway on two separate occasions.

+ -1 moreI thought the result was good. The carpet that was heavily stained looked much, much better. Save me having to replace carpet.
Description of Work: Had carpet cleaned in 3 bedrooms and hallway. Pretty heavily soiled but thought he did a good job restoring it. He was running late, and called to notify me. I thought that was very professional. He did his work efficiently.

+ -1 moreHe was on time and very professional. He quoted me prices over the phone for the furniture and rugs which he honored. I asked him to look at the grout while he was there. His price was very reasonable and he did the grout while he was there. Everything looked amazing and I have already recommended them to friends. I will definitely use again.
Description of Work: They cleaned a couch, two loveseats, two rugs, two dog beds, and grout in a bathroom and the laundry room.

+ -1 moreAble Carpet used black light and found source. Then applied deodorizer that removed it, then deep steamed our carpets. They looked brand new. All odor was gone as the carpet dried.
Description of Work: Carpets deep cleaned; couldn't find pet odor but knew it was there. He was very kind & professional.
