My kitchen sink was clogged. They came and got it taken care of same day for us! Will call again

My entire house flooded and these guys were out to my house before I could even worry about it! The response time was outstanding and the got my issue fixed without hurting my pockets! I will be using this company for everything plumbing related!! 10/10 recommend!! I will be referring every friend and family member to On The away plumbing!!

They came out and replaced my water heater. Service was great as well as price. I called other companies in the metroplex and they were very fair priced

I got home from being out of town and when I walk in to my house my hardwood floors were soaking wet. I was selling my home and closing was in one week. I call them at 11:45 pm on a Saturday night they were there in an hr and had my problem fixed before the week was up. They were even able to have me in contact with a company to have everything fix from the water damage.

the guy that came out was very professional and very polite! He was able to diagnose the issue and give a solution to get it fixed asap! The prices were very reasonable and they did exceptional work and got my system up and running in under 2 hours. I will definitely be hiring On the Way Plumbing if I have any future problems with my system.

I called and spoke with Jarrod about our problem and due to the storms coming in wasn't sure if they could make it. Appointment was scheduled anyway just in case and they made it out despite the rain. Their quote for coming out and fixing the leak was less than others. Jarrod and his technicians were very polite and professional as well as down to earth. I will definitely be using them again if needed.

I had a slab leak over the weekend. I was referred to Jared by a family member I could not have been more fortunate. I cannot say enough what an outstanding person and Team he has. on time more than fair price quality work. You will not meet a man or do business with a company with more integrity Than Jared, I honestly cannot sing their praise enough from answering the phone after hours on the weekend to meeting him in person Monday morning it made a terrible situation. Completely smooth you have a customer for life and me. I hope you and your company never change. You definitely have the recipe for great success.
