Originally trying to replace a galvanized sink, faucet and disposal with new stainless steel sink. Removed existing sink and disposal in about 20 minutes. On removing the new sink from the box, prior to removing protective seal, Bill, the Greenwave Plumber, checked to make sure it was going to fit properly. To our surprise it did not due to the strengthening strips on all sides. Bill repackaged the new sink and we agreed after I had returned the new sink and decided on a replacement he would return and finish the job once it was available. He left and I called the distributor explaining the issue and they said come in and they would help me order a new sink that would fit. After working with the distributor personnel it became evident if I wanted a new stainless steel sink I would have to cut or grind the granite to enlarge the space. The sink is in a 4' by 16' island. We eventually decided it would be best to stay with a galvanized sink. There was nothing wrong with the existing sink and we were replacing it to update the look a little. I called Bill, who had gone on to another job and explained we were going to use the old sink but replace the faucet, disposal and soap dish. I asked him to let me know when he would be available. He said he would give me a call back after checking his schedule and worst case he would come on Saturday so we didn't have to go without a sink for any longer than necessary. In 10 minutes he called back and said he would be back at out place in 30 minutes if someone could be there to let him in. Needless to say we made sure of our availability. Approximately 2 hours later the old sink was installed along with a new faucet, disposal and soap dish. Everything looks and works great. I will definitely be calling on Greenwave for all of my future plumbing needs.

Mike showed up on time and evaluated the intended work, retrieved needed tools and completed all tasks in a timely, professional manner. I have used Greenwave several years ago, so I knew I could count on a job well done. Completely satisfied with the work done and would recommend Greenwave to anyone.

I have a water static test performed. They arrived on time, discussed the test with me, and reviewed the findings. I have used Greenwave Plumbing before and they have always been very professional, responsible, and reliable.

Let's just say, I will never need to look for another plumber. Mike Thigpen, owner of Greenwave Plumbing, is simply the best in the business. Initially, I compared his pricing on our whole house remodel (disconnecting old and reconnecting new sinks (six of them!), toilets, dishwasher, and a complete move of a washer/dryer connection to a new part of the house), to several other plumbers, and his pricing beat out the others by at least 25%. That kind of money is significant when you are planning a major remodel. During the initial walk through of the project, Mike gave us priceless advice regarding plumbing fixture selection, location, installation, and maintenance. He just has a very genuine and kind personality--he was our favorite vendor BY FAR of our entire house remodel. His schedule was extremely easy to work with, he always showed up as promised, on time, and worked diligently. That may seem like it should be a given, but we were surprised by how many vendors didn't think anything of showing up a day or two late, and that kind of thing really messes with the entire work schedule. Mike worked around all of those scheduling hiccups that arose, and we just loved having him around. After working with him for three months, I can honestly say that I completely trust him, and would never use or refer anyone else in the future.

I had a total drain blockage in my main bathroom. I called my home warranty company for service on a Thursday but could not get service until that following Tuesday. No other company was available to do the work before Greenwave, but it's still a long time to wait with standing sewage in the bathroom. However, the plumber arrived at my residence a little ahead of the scheduled time and began cleaning out the main sewage line before I even got home to meet him. The work was actually finished by the time I arrived without even needing to go in the house. He informed me that my main line does not drain properly and that they can isolate the problem for a permanent solution at a fee. He did go into the house to check that all the bathrooms were draining properly. Although he said my second shower was draining fine (upon telling him that it had been slow), it is still slow to drain. But all in all, he was very professional, courteous, and friendly. I feel that he accomplished what he came out to do quickly and efficiently. The only cost to me was my home warranty deductible.

They came out for a free estimate of replacing my gas storage type water heater with a gas tankless water heater. I didn't get many quotes from other companies, but their pricing was about on par. I might could have gotten if for cheaper, but this is one of the only companies in the area that installs Navien water heaters (the best on the market in my opinion). I was not at home during the install, but left my house key for them to use. I had no problems with the unit at all, and the install seems very well done. Fortunately, I did not have to upsize my gas lines. I passed my City inspection. What more can I say? I recieved no discounts for this service, although I tried to get it during tax-free weekend, but this item was exempt from being tax-free.

We found Mike with Greenwave Plumbing through our Home Warranty Policy (which is why we didn't pay him anything). He was the third plumber we had out regarding a draining issue with our bathtub and sink. The other two plumbers stayed maybe 15-20 minutes and tried to fix the stoppage with no avail. They said they didn't have the "right" tools and would have to get another plumber out. This was a week ago. Today, Mike came to fix our issue and stayed for approximately 3 hours. He didn't give up on our issue and was able to fix our bathtub which hadn't drained correctly since we purchased the home last year. Mike is a great plumber, smart guy, very professional and honest. We HIGHLY recommend him!

They were very good. They fixed the heater within 10 minutes whereas another company suggested replacement. They were great, clean and courteous.
