Overall, unprofessional, not prompt and after two (pending three) visits, the main issue with my condensation pump isn't fixed. Mr. Zargoza himself was dispatched to come to my house after I filed a service request via my warranty provider. He called me the morning after I filed the claim, said he would call me later in the afternoon to schedule a time to stop by and then I didn't hear from him for an entire day. When he finally called me back, he schedueld a time and did show up, only to quickly and incorrectly diagnose the problem. He fixed up a little work around (without actually fixing the root of the problem). I have since experienced the same problem 3 more times. He has had to come back out once, and the two other times, I have been able to temporarily fix the issue. Bottom line: the root of the problem with the pump has still not been addressed and I'm going to have to waste more time dealing with it.

A/C has been working well so far (only been a few days). They also checked our thermostat operations and replaced our filters for us. Whole service call only took about 2 hours. Price would have normally been $308 ($160+parts/$140+labor) if not for our home warranty.

He was here in about 3 minutes. Five minutes later he had found the problem.

I have used them for years now both in my house and restaurant, and I like them because they are honest and quick, they don't fool around. The only thing to consider is that they don't do installations, they specialize mainly in repairs.

I needed a better air conditioning unit, so I checked around and Zaragoza had the best price. The trane unit was a high quality unit and they came over and got right to work. They were an honest company who stuck to their estimate. They were respectful and knew about air conditioners.
