Cut baseboards too short and tried to cover it up with caulking Didn't finish off ends of the 1/4 round correctly Caulks excessively and doesn't smooth out to create smooth lines Installed wood that was obviously faulty.. Used too much glue Does not do a good quality job and then tries to cover it up with caulk. Promises to come back and clean up his work but then cancels. Is not reliable and makes promises he doesn't keep. I would hire him to do any work regardless what he promises he can do. Bad News!
Description of Work: Replace baseboards, 1/4 inch round, paint, replace section of wood floor

Carlos responded quickly and in short order. Work was started on time, but was handed over to inexperienced and sloppy workers. Their drywall and electrical had to be re-done, with many patches.
Description of Work: Build-out of new corner closet was of mediocre quality; They couldn't install a folding door, Electrical work was a hack job; Drywall on pocket door didn't extend to header; Finish was poor and work was messy.
