The experience was excellent! When my husband called Plum Creek Plumbing, about our gas issue the owner, Greg, made time that day to stop by to help us try and get the gas turned back on. Unfortunately when he saw how outdated our house was in regard to current codes, he knew he could not fix it that day. However he did walk my husband through the entire house and attic, checking all connections identifying what needed to be brought up to code in order for us to pass inspection. He arrived at the house the next day to make all repairs. But once again our older home did not cooperate. When he attempted to pressure test our pipes, it was discovered that we had numerous holes in our gas lines due to corrosion. He gave us the choice of attempting to patch all of the holes or replace all of the pipes. We elected to have all the pipes replaced since no on had any idea of how many holes there were, where they were or how long it would take. Greg showed up the next day and worked diligently to re-pipe the entire house so we could schedule the inspection. He got it all done and we had our gas reconnected that night. Greg then came back the following day to remove all of the old pipes that he had replaced and the miles of disconnected old pipes that previous plumbers left under the house. We will be having the water pipes replaced next and know that we can rely on Greg to be professional, courteous and on time in getting the project done.
Description of Work: We purchased an older home and there was a gas smell in the house. The gas company turned off our gas and told us there was a problem on our end. Greg had to replace all of the piping and bring the house up to current code.
