Mark is very friendly and very responsive. It came out quickly to take measurements and give what I thought was a fair estimate. Others that I called said send me a picture and I ll give you an initial estimate from that . Good work. He clean our driveway and walk, and deck which hasn t been done since we moved In 12 years ago.

Mark is a very nice man, but that is the only thing I can say on the positive side. He quoted me $300 and at the end of the experience I ended up spending close to $900. He power washed for several days trying to remove the old deck restore I had previously removed. Then applied the stain. The deck is so splintered and has large holes in several places, There is stain on my house and the deck railings. He left paint thinner cans laying in the yard and a power washer nozzle which one of my dogs swallowed. I had told him in advance and he met my two large dogs. I stopped him several times and told him the deck was being ruined by excessive power washing and suggested that maybe I was going to have to sand it. I have been in touch with him about my disappointment and gave him until March 7th to come out and look at the deck. I have 2 different deck restoration companies come out to get their opinions. Both have told me that the wood is so damanaged that sanding will leave the boards too thin. I will probably replace the whole deck in the future, but for now I am buying good outdoor rugs to cover the splintered deck so my dogs and I don't get splinters in our feet when walking on the deck. I have used Home Advisory on 3 different occasions. Will never use them again.
