+ 1 moreIt went great! I thought my roof needed to be replaced because it was black and dirty. Was I wrong! They arrived on time. When the job was done they exceeded expectations. The roof looked great! I still have at least 10-15 years left before having to replace it! It was going to cost roughly $12,000 to have it replaced. Well worth the $550. They are actually coming back in the next couple weeks to clean my siding, fence, and deck. They did a demo while they were there on the house siding. All the black streaks and mildew were gone in a matter of minutes! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALIEN SOFTWASH!

Alien Softwash offers the following services: Cleaning of the following surfaces: roofs (shingles, EPDM, metal, tile, asbestos, and slate), siding, brick, block, stone, concrete, wood fencing, stucco, vinyl, screened enclosures, decks, patios, dryvit, EAFIS, retainer walls, driveways and sidewalks. We also offer rust and oil stain removal.
We do not construct or repair any damage that may exist on the surfaces that have been requested to be cleaned. These if any, should be fixed or repaired prior to our cleaning (owners discretion).
