Notified BBB who got with Mr. Crawford who refunded money but tried tog et us to sign a waiver saying we were satisfied with hiss ervices, we refused to lie.........
Description of Work: Called after we discoverd water leak at washing machine. Lady on phone, his wife gave us one price and said it would be a few hours. The Plumber arived, filthy truck, filthy guy, replaced a plastic fitting, charged us 3 hours travel time, said she was wrong on price, and $50 for the plastic fitting. We tried to call owner but he was not answering now. Plumber leaves and we see line is leaking again. We call back, get owner Mr. Crawford who says they wer eboth wrong, not charged enough and they are not coming back, did not like our attitude.

Bill Foster is the master plumber for Polk Country Plumbing and holds the license for the company. He is one of the most professional plumbers I have ever worked with. He is coming back a third time this week to do some more work for me. They are very responsive to their customer's needs.
Description of Work: Bill Foster installed my washer and dryer and my toilet and repaired a leak in my wash room which had flooded the room all for my new house I am having built.
