Contract executed December 5,2007. Construction completed June 10, 2008. The structure was exactly as agreed and to specifications. The shingles were as requested and the craftsmanship was excellent. All folks at Moseley were pleasant and all dealings were cordial. Paperwork was minimal and clear and concise. Property was cleaned and returned to original condition. Completely satisfied with their work and thrilled with the product.
Description of Work: Construction of a boathouse and pier to adjoin property on a freshwater lake.
