Description of Work: My septic system was backing up. They told me it was the feed lines. I paid them to Jet my feed lines on my septic system. Ended up having to come out three additional times to pump the septic system and once to rejet the feed lines due to continual backups. They never did fix the backup problem I paid them to do. I gave them a C since they did try on multiple occasions to make it right.

+ 0 moreThey did a heroic deed and saved my day. The sewage blockage made the two bathrooms and the kitchen completely unusable. After close to 90 min of work everything was in perfect work order. For what they accomplished, the price was very affordable. The two people who came out to the house were on time like a Swiss clock, friendly, professional, and showed good humor. I can highly recommend their service and would use them again if need be.
Description of Work: They emptied and cleaned two airobic septic tanks that had never been cleaned in 20 years of service. They also had to hydrojet the drain pipe to the house because it was clogged from the backup.
