+ 0 moreI gave them a B because sometimes the internet goes down. The pricing is good. They are good, they respond but when they are down, they are down. They respond as fast as they can for everybody. They are professional. I would use them again in future.

Description of Work: We in Livingston have no choice but to use Livcom because they bought out their competition and forced everyone onto their outdated system.

Description of Work: The company's name has been changed to LivCom. They sell bundles to include phone, internet, and cable service. They are unreliable and unprofessional. The cable service is inconsistent. They make excuses as to why they cannot get the caller ID right. The internet is slow. They take 90 days for refunds. They have absurdly low service standards because they have a perpetual contract for the Livingston area. There is no competition and it is obvious in how they do business. Pitiful overall service.

+ -1 moreI work from home via the internet. The upload speed available through this provider is only 1 no matter what package you select. I drop packets constantly causing my connection to work be broken several times a day to several times an hour. I have had two techs come out. They tell me it is a problem at the office but then I hear absolutely nothing. Unfortunately there is no other provider in this area or I would no longer be a Livcom customer.
Description of Work: Attempted to troubleshoot connection issues. Failed miserably.
