+ -1 moreJR was professional, courteous and obviously very knowledgeable. When I picked up the computer he made suggestions for the care of my computer to keep it running. I would ( and already have) highly recommend his services
Description of Work: My computer would not turn on. JR suggested an action over the phone, then had me bring it in. He replaced the power supply and I had it back home and working less than 24 hours later. And he speaks English!

+ -1 more.They did an amazing job. They were on time and did what they said they would do. They made sure that their mess was cleaned up. They made sure that I would be able to use it with my special needs. They are a family owned business and a great family. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
