The movers are not respectful or reasonable. I am referring to the move at 4200 Scotland st, today at this time (sept 4, 11:30) so I hope the owners locate the specific movers with the very poor sense of community and respect. I didn't have my things moved with them (thank God) but they came to move someone in my apt complex. They stacked the residential elevator full so no others could be in there, held the only residential elevator hostage (held the doors to fill the elevator), and stacked boxes in common areas and hallways in the lobby just to go out the front doors. They also propped the exterior doors open that negates and bypasses the building security. Every exterior door has a key fob that residents own to get into the building. They didn't care about that either. This is all against policy and in the residential lease and community polices signed when you rent at this community. We have a service elevator specifically for movers to utilize as to not disrupt the entire complex with one persons move. It allows free passage for all and helps everyone in a move situation. They were unwavering, unapologetic, and taunted my attempts to get them to reason. I informed them and they didn't care, taunted me with "do you have proof?" "Is it against the law" and when I left, talked poorly about me. They repeated that if it wasn't a law, they could do whatever they wanted. I didn't want to but they forced me to call community security or risk confrontation with them - they were being abrasive. So buyer be ware. This will not make you popular with your neighbors and companies that have no respect for other people's time is a company that likely has no respect for your items or your time. They are also a company that will/should do without business. There are a ton of mom and pop shops with great customer service and a sense of community and respect that you can do business with. This isn't one.

Excellent. Everyone was courteous and the move was done with efficiency. They provided excellent service and nothing was marred or scratched. Would use them again if needed.

The two young men were very courteous and helpful, as I was still packing when they arrived. They thought to get outside hoses and yard ornaments and offered to clean up and run the vacuum for a tip.
