Description of Work: Service AC on our RV

Description of Work: Replace an fan motor on my RV's air conditioner. The motor was charged to me at $240. I contacted the parts provider and discovered that the part was actually $109. The provider has doubled charged me for the actual labor hours. I have been charged about twice what the service should have cost me. So far this provider has not been willing to adjust for their errors.

Description of Work: Ricky Redden came out, lied about time in business, overcharged our system causing damage, water came through ceiling after he left, and he bad mouthed other Company who serviced it before. His trucks had no signs as required by State Law. He also was to install 2 registers in add on room. They bunched up and squashed duct in attic so no air coming out. A/C was not cooling. We got him and his brother on tape discussing how maybe they burnt the valves by over charging system, watched them s*** refrigerant into the air, and tried to charge us more money. When we refused he left. Sheriff called us to say he was trying to file criminal charge son us for theft of services. We explained all the damage he did and no charges were taken. Mr. Redden refuses to refund money even though we had to pay another Company over $600 to repair our A/C after he damaged it. We were told his brother and son who are his techs are not licensed.

Description of Work: (02/29/2010) I have used this company before and when I experienced a problem with a water heater I again called them. They repaired a wiring problem that existed since the house was built(split circuit breakers). I am ALWAYS amazed at Rick's knowledge of his profession for such a young guy. He and his wife, Pam, run this company and I trust them explicitly. Their pricing is fantastic and they have 24/7 service and do not charge overtime fees. When they advertise 24/7 service, they mean it unlike others in the Livingston phone book who talk the walk but don't produce. Just great folks, I can't say enough about this company. Check'em out! UPDATE (04/23/2010) The saga of the waterheater continues… Rick came out again because the lowered temp setting worked for awhile but was kicking the breaker. He determined that the bottom thermostat and perhaps, the top thermostat was the problem. He took mfg info from tag on waterheater, said he would call them and get back to with replacement items. That’s the last I have heard from him (4/23/2010). I have called twice and spoke with the dispatcher (his wife) who promised a response but nothing. Won't use again. I have been a very good and loyal customer.
