n regards to the complete lack of integrity, honor, and work ethic of All Pro Air Solutions located at 819 Calhoun in Livingston, Texas 77351. 936-594-9156. I recently bought my home so I have one year coverage with American Home Shield (AHS). Towards the end of February 2017, I noticed my AC blowing cold air. I called AHS and they set me up with All Pro Air Solutions. -- All Pro Air Solutions arrived at my home for the FIRST of THREE times on March 30, 2017. Jerry & Chris examined my unit and told me that the attic unit looked fine but the outside unit Schrader Valve was loose and the valve cap was missing. It was slowly leaking freon. They charged my unit with 1.5 lbs of freon and it began blowing cooler air. I paid my $75 dollar co-pay. Jerry told me I had 90 days and that if I had anymore problems to call them directly. 75 days later, my AC was not blowing cold air again. -- I called All Pro Air Solutions and they came out on June 17, 2017 for the SECOND of THREE times. This time Jerry told me that the attic unit looked fine but the outside unit Capacitor was bad and that they changed it out. My AC was began blowing cooler air. -- On July 7, 2017 my AC was not blowing cold air yet AGAIN….. I called All Pro Air Solutions, they came out for the THIRD of THREE times on July 10, 2017. This time, Jerry tells me my attic unit looks fine but the outside unit is 1 lb low on freon and that I must have a very small leak somewhere. Jerry gets up in my attic to examine the unit. After about 10 minutes, Jerry tells me that he was unable to find the leak and that he put a can of Stop Leak and 1 lb of freon in my unit. My AC was blowing cooler air but not as cold as it should be. I had to pay ANOTHER $75 copay since it was 5 days past the initial 90 days, but I’m STILL having the same problem because they have yet to get to the root of the problem. Jerry told me that if the problem still wasn’t fixed that we’d have to call out the guy with 40 years of experience (Ronnie). -- July 23, 2017, My wife noticed water on the floor in the hallway under the attic unit…… I turned the AC off and got up in the attic to see if I could see what was wrong. What I found was very irritating, especially after being told me attic unit looks fine. Apparently, after Jerry inspected my attic unit, he did not put the screws back in the side panels. So there was a large gap allowing the unit to suck in hot attic air which produced an excessive amount of condensation that spilled over and leaked through to my ceiling and onto the floor.... Screws and a little screw driver were found in the pan below the unit... See attached picture. At this point I had enough and called All Pro Air Solutions and asked who was in charge. I was told Ronnie and given his phone number and they told me that he was also the owner. To try to keep this short and to the point here is a short detailed list of the dismal and absurd interactions with Ronnie. -- July 25, 2017: I called Ronnie and explained to him what was going on and what I had found and I sent him the picture of the attic unit. At first he seemed concerned and disappointed in how his employee left my attic unit. Ronnie said he would check his schedule and call me back with when he could come out asap. -- July 26, 2017: No call back from Ronnie… -- July 27, 2017: I texted Ronnie to touch base with him @ 9:08am. 10am: no response 10:45am: no response 11am: I called Ronnie, he sent me to VM after 2 rings 11:05am: I called Ronnie again and I got his VM after about 7 rings. I left him a VM to call me back 11:07am: I called the office to see if Ronnie had talked to them. Wendy had no clue what was going on and said she would call Ronnie. 4:15pm: I called the office 5 times, no answer. I called Ronnie 3 times, no answer. 4:30pm: Office answered, said they have not heard from Ronnie. Said he’s doing an install today and that they left a note on his desk. -- July 28, 2017: 9am: I called Ronnie, no answer. 5 seconds later, Ronnie texted me and said “Can I call you later?” I responded with “Later TODAY?” No response. 4:20pm: I called Ronnie twice, went straight to VM. 4:23pm: I called the office twice, no answer. 4:30pm: Office answered. Tammy tried to contact Ronnie AND his wife Elizabeth. Both did not answer. Tammy left both of them a VM to call me. 5:02pm: I tried to call Ronnie, went straight to VM. 5:50pm: I tried to call Ronnie, No answer, went to VM after 5 rings. -- As you can see the complete lack of integrity, honor, and work ethic is rampant within this company starting with the owner. Not only did they NOT fix my initial AC problem, they caused me more problems and then failed to rectify anything. Do yourself a favor and do NOT call this company for your AC / Heating needs. After researching on the internet I found several other terrible reviews. I will be calling AHS as well.

In good faith, I had these guys install a new Ameristar, 5 ton, 14 seer Heat Pump, a/c heat pump at the end of 2014, at a cost of almost $7000. Things such as improper installation, broken bolts and cooling coil had to be replaced. It was very difficult to schedule an appointment or have the unit placed in working order. I had to have the freon charged and added 3 times while still under warranty and, when I could not get service, I had to pay another company $200 to add freon. Now, I have had water pouring out of my emergency overflow for 2 months.. They have taken a part number twice, but no one has contacted us or shown up to repair this problem. We are senior citizens on top of all this. They have not answered repeated calls for needed repairs.
Description of Work: Removed and disposed of old A/C and Heating system and intalled a new Ameristar, 5 ton 14 Seer Inside and Outside unit w/slab. 5 ton Air Handler, with new drain pan.
