My appointment was at 1p.m., but he did not get to the house until almost 3p.m. I was thankful that he had called to let me know that he was going to be late because the previous job was taking longer than expected. Once he got there, he had to turn the water on so he could dig around the faucet to find the leak. After he found the leak and cut the pipe off, he went to get a part at the local store. He returned, put the pipe back together with the new piece in place. He checked to make sure there were no other leaks, then filled in the hole around the faucet with dirt. It took about an hour and a half. We are pleased with the work that was done, and will definately use this company again if plumbing problems arise.
Description of Work: There was a leak in the pipe going to an outside faucet. He had to dig around the faucet to find exactly where the leak was in the pipe. He cut the pipe off to replace the piece that had a hole in it. After he had put it back together, he tested it to make sure that the leak was fixed before filling in the hole around the faucet with dirt.
