I had an outstanding experience with Reyes Stairs. From start to finish, they executed every detail with precision and offered fair pricing. We are so so so happy with our new stairs. If you are looking for someone to remodel your stairs, you found the right person. For my stairs remodel, in which I moved from a traditional carpeted stair to a wood stair with partial metal railing, Reyes started strong and worked really hard and well the first day of the job, with Reyes himself onsite and working alongside his team. However, after that day, he left the work to his team and never returned to check on it. The workmen also only took care with taping up dust coverings on the downstairs area, leaving my upstairs very exposed. Reyes told me he would guarantee the work for two years, but he never came back to finish the transition to carpet or fix a flaw on the steps. (He did fix another flaw that I caught earlier while one of his guys was still on site.) I was pleased with the materials he used and the quality of the painting/staining. I actually asked if his painter could do a matching cabinet and shelf job, but his bid was 3X the two other bids I received.

They got the job done quickly. They were reasonably priced; very clean and respectful of our home.

Reyes renovated my stair walls to metal rails. They managed to match all new stairs exactly the same as what we've had. The stairs turn out to look stunning! The job was done in a very professional manner. Jose was very nice, friendly and is a great problem solver. He monitored the whole procedure and made sure each step was done correctly. Highly recommend the company!

Contractor was very pleasant and efficient

Reyes came to do the stairs and did not complete the job to my satisfaction at all! Reyes stands by work that is not acceptable! Had them out 4 times and still did not complete the job, and had to pay someone else to complete the job. He will scam you!!! Do Not Use Them

There was no true category for our project. Reyes remodeled our stairway and fixed our fireplace mantle that a previous contractor had messed up. They were on time, affordable, and the work was beautiful. They went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with the job. Christina in the office is wonderful and helpful too.

Family, friends and neighbors have made many comments of the professional skill in the design and construction of the rails and beauty of the wood on the treads. The constructon, sanding and painting teams who worked on our stairs put their best efforts to make it perfect. Luis and David did an especially awesome job to ensure our satisfaction when applying the stain, polyurethane and paint ... a special thanks to them. Last but not least was the followup after the stairs were completed to ensure we were 100% satisfied. Great work! Every step on our interior staircase squeaked. Patro got rid of every squeak. He then helped us by sending his carpet man to replace the carpet. Jamie helped us select the right carpet and right color to match with our existing carpet. Patro then came back to fill in the holes in the wood and touch up paint. Christina always responded quickly in scheduling appointments and answering any questions. It is so great to work with a team of people who do what they say they will do, come on time, text when they are on their way, and truly want to do a a great job for their customers at a fair price. Would highly recommend Stairs Of Dallas to anyone who values quality.

The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after they were finished.

We wanted a more open feel to our stairway. In a couple of days, they transformed our stairway into a very open, beautiful stairway. They customized it to exactly what we were looking for. It changed the entire feel of the house! We highly recommend them.
