This is my fourth experience with remodeling work. I watched this company do a total gut remodel on my neighbors home and was very impressed with their work ethic and quality. According to my neighbor they finished a month early and under budget. I wish I had know about Par-Mor for the other three remodels I did. They have made this experience nearly painless. Always prompt, courteous, no bad language ever, and hard workers. They showed up and got to work, if they had a question they asked - they didn't guess. They asked me how I wanted it done and that's how they did it. They worked extremely well to as a team. They were protective of my home covering furniture and items in areas which might get dusty and putting drop cloths on the wood and travertine floors to protect them. At the end of each day they cleaned up completely. Some windows got dirty in their work area and so they not only cleaned those windows, they said as long they were at it they would clean all the windows across the front of my home. They hauled away the debris and trash daily - no piles left around to trip over. They even dusted and carefully wiped down my fabric wallpaper to remove the dust. I have absolutely no complaints about this company or it's work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Whether it's a big remodeling job or a small one they will do it quickly and professionally. They told me it would take three weeks and it did to the day - the only delay was in the custom fixtures I ordered which was not their fault. Their bid will be itemized, including the labor costs, and you will get the actual receipts for any items purchased. They not only use their experience and contacts to get the best prices they pass these discounts on to you. Example: The retail showroom price on the 12 x 12 marble tiles I picked was $16ea., my contractors price to me was $4.70ea.! And when have you ever heard of a Contractor who got a refund on fixtures because there was a price drop turning around and giving it to the customer! These guys do - they are very honest and their pricing is extremely fair. If you need remodeling work done and want quality work, at a fair price, by nice people with a great work ethic this is your company!
