I called a lot of Plumbing companies only to get an answering service and tell me they are closed and leave a message. This man answered at this North Plumbing Service and he was the master plumber himself and he is a licensed master plumber which means quality to my ears. Refreshing to talk to the actual master plumber and he came out and put all three bathroom faucets in and I am 100% satisfied! I could not be happier with this fantastic master plumber and he owns the company. How great is that the owner answers the phone and comes out and does the work and is a master plumber so you know he has the great experience you want. I called about 15 companies and this man Mr. Rick C. owner of North Plumbing Service was by far the best choice. North Plumbing Service was the best choice my family could have made. We needed our hot water heater replaced ASAP (same day) and they made it happen. Very professional and respected our home. They made sure to lay down tarps to protect our floors. Rick's work was very clean. The pricing was amazing and surprising because normally when you need RUSH SAME DAY SERVICE you end up paying an arm and a leg but their pricing was very reasonable for same day service. Needless to say, if we have any other plumbing needs we will be calling the best in town North Plumbing Service.

They actually showed up an hour early, which was great for me since I had no water due to HW Heater busted in the attic and I turned the water off at the street. They were very professional and friendly and didn’t make any mess. Covered my stairs and flooring and actually adjusted the vent on the other HW Heater as a courtesy! Replaced old HW Heater and hauled away the old. Great service and I’d highly recommend them to anyone that needs a HW Heater replaced.

Appreciated Rick's work and attention to detail. Scheduled city online to come inspect his work when finished. A very personable guy who answered all of my questions, Replacing a water heater is a bit of an investment but with Rick doing the job it took some of the pain out of it.

Our water heater pilot would light but for whatever reason the tank wouldn't heat up. I'm 9 months pregnant with a two year old at home so I can only go so long without hot water! I left a message for Rick first thing Monday morning and had a call back less than 30 minutes later. Despite the short notice he was able to drop by early that afternoon and fix the issue. Really appreciated his flexibility, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond to get things fixed and working quickly!!

Our water heater was leaking from the tank. Rick came when we wanted (the next morning) and had it replaced and working before noon. He was professional and efficient and the water heater was approved by the inspector right away. He is also a very nice friendly person to deal with.

Rick did Excellent Work.... on time.... very professional.... did so much more than he was called to do. I added more items to the list and he did the work at a great price. Even had parts available so we didn't have to reschedule anything.

After speaking to Rick on the phone, he was at my door within an hour or so with a new hot water heater to install. He was reasonably priced and went above and beyond on taking care of everything on the install and didn't raise the price quoted when he took care of some worn fittings/valves. We would definitely use him again.
