1st Property: Simply put, the landscaping was a mess! The property wasn't maintained and needed a complete overhaul. I called Germaine to come out and give me an estimate on completely removing a tree butted up against a fence and literally right next to my pool equipment, remove a red-tip photenea and about 60sqft of english ivy, then plant St Augustine. In the front yard, I needed him to remove all plants and completely redesign the landscaping. I called Germaine and he showed up on time and immediately surveyed the job. We discussed the project in great detail and he actually SAVED me money by recommending cheaper plants/bushes from what I had picked out by myself! We agreed on the price and a date and his crew showed up on time. The first day they removed all the nasty/dead plants and bushes and cut the trees, the second day they planted the new stuff. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of myself and my wife. I am completely blown away with the job and what they accomplished. No quality was sacrificed, and the crew worked hard the entire time. 2nd Property: This was a massive job of trimming and cleaning up flowerbeds. This house is on about a half an acre on a cul-de-sac, so the bulk of the property is in the back yard. And boy, was there a lot of bushes. The red tips covered the back of the property against about 80ft of wood fencing providing more privacy to the pool, so I wanted to make sure they didn't trim them back too much. Additionally they trimmed about 15 other bushes throughout the backyard and the oleanders, while cleaning up the flowerbeds and laying down about 6 yards of mulch. Germaine showed up on time again and gave me his thoughts, then he gave me a couple of options on days to knock it out. I was surprised to find out that he could get it completed in one day and he did it without sacrificing quality. His crew showed up about 7.30am and was there all day - they left at about 6pm and everything was cleaned up. I can usually find the little details missed by others but there weren't any here. I am so pleased with the outcome, and I'm already planning other projects for him like a covered patio and stone work!
