Jeff was great! He really listened what I wanted and was able to find the perfect flooring (color, type, etc) at the good price. His crew was very diligent, professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I would definitely use him again.

My husband and I LOVED working with Jeff on our flooring needs. He and his team installed new engineered hardwood in all carpeted areas of our home (4 bedrooms, study, living and family rooms, hallway). We are thrilled with the outcome and couldn't be happier. They worked hard, they showed up promptly when they told me they would, and they made sure to clean up every day before they left. I was very comfortable having them in my home. They showed great respect and took caution to keep things covered to reduce as much dust as possible during a process like this. Jeff responded promptly to questions, and he demonstrated superb customer service throughout the purchase and installation process. Everything went smoothly, and where there were some questions, Jeff was right there by phone or in person to address them. He definitely goes the extra mile for his customers. He is professional, friendly, timely, great with customer service. Jeff was very attentive and patient with us and it was a PLEASURE to work with him. His work crew was ALWAYS on time, did a beautiful installation and even cleaned up so well ( inside and outside) that my neighbor told me that she didn't even see ( from a lack of mess)that they were there! The floor is just gorgeous and I would DEFINITELY give him additional work in future.

The installation crew was great, very accurate, and any minor issues were immediately addressed. the price was great, we checked several places before we decided to use them and we are happy with our decision. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I can't stop admiring my beautiful wood floors.
