He had really bad attitude and also he did not give me a correct diagnosis. Stated my washer was leaking because of a overload but the next day it was still leaking but not as much . so I waited another day and washed another load and still leaking and it stop working completely. I called him and the first thing he said that I would have to pay another service fee . Should not have to pay for another service fee when he was just here and didnâ  t find anything wrong but it just stop working . I paid for a service that I feel did not receive. . Sad

My washer was sick. The two guys were like doctors. Very fast and efficient with the evaluation. I had to order a part it will be in three days. I am a happy customer! ( Russ and his helper)

The serviceman was well informed as to what needed to be done, and he went right to work on it.

They were prompt to respond and provided same day service. Rush ordered the parts at our request and made repairs one day earlier than promised.

They responded super quick and gave a clear assessment of the problem, located a vendor with the part to order, and offered to waive the diagnostic fee. The only thing I didn’t like was they arrived almost an hour early, which could’ve been an issue if I wasn’t nearby, and the part was overpriced. I ultimately decided against the repair but I plan to call them first if I need help in the future.

There was some confusion on who I hired for the job. DFW Appliance Service was extremely friendly when I explained that someone else has taken the job. I will definitely hire them in the future as they were professional, courteous, and on time.
