John came out to look at a plumbing issue I had and determined it to be a slab leak. He unfortunately didn't have the sensor equipment with him to find it so rather than drill multiple holes, he called another company for me to come find the leak. The second company tried to charge me too much money so I called John back and asked him if he would complete the job. He was honest and fair in his pricing and was able to keep close to the amount of my warranty coverage. While drilling, he had unexpected issues because of a major beam that was in the way but he did not charge me extra for the extra work. He even paid to have a cleanup crew come in and clean once he was done because of the additional mess. He was friendly, polite, compassionate, and honest. He even called me back after the cleaning crew left to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The two guys that were with him were also polite and professional. I would highly recommend John to anyone that needs a plumber, and going forward, he will be the person I call for any plumbing issues.

John was 10 minutes early to an 8am service call, which I appreciated. He quickly and competently set to replacing the wax ring as needed and requested via the home warrantee company. He checked the quality of the flange while in there, replaced an undersized ring with a correct large one, added shims where there were none and recaulked the seam very nicely. He was done in about 25 minutes and then asked if there was anything else he could look at while on-site. I was shocked and amazed that he would offer to do any more than contracted. I had him look at a slow drain and also a shower valve that created a surprise and unwelcome serious issue that required the house water to be shut off and another 30 minutes of troubleshooting. He helped me diagnose a time bomb fixture problem and did not penalize me for doing so.

John was on time, responsive and knowledgeable. He and his team quickly repaired my plumbing issues and provided me with a solution for a musty smell as well as advice on how to keep my dishwasher clean and running well. I was very pleased with the service and would without a doubt call him again for service. Thank you John!
