Do not EVER use this company! They will lie to you, cheat you and steal from you! We tried for 3 months to get our mortgage to go through, we constantly had to contact them. They were very unresponsive. We were set to close and were assured we would be closing on 12/30/15. Needless to say it didn't happen, they only called to tell us that the closing would be delayed till 12/31 or 1/4 at the latest but were assured we were guaranteed to close we were cleared to close. We didn't hear anything from them again and my husband called them again on 1/4/16 only to find out that they were lying to us and now needed again his paystubs and his credit report. They pulled his credit so many times (not soft pulls as they suggested) it was ridiculous and now the closing will not happen. They can not be trusted. They also neglected to get many things from us in order to get the house re-financed, and continuously said well we told you - no, you didn't and if you were ordering our appraisal should you not have done these other things at the same time. Lies, lies, lies, these people are not reputable! Don't use them!!!
