My fence ended up having to be replaced as a result of the storms this past spring. I got quotes from several different fencing companies. Alpha Fence's quote was significantly lower than the others. The only thing I would have liked to be better was the communication between myself and the fence company. Communication was usually done over email or by leaving a message with the answering service. Also it would often be a few days before I would get a response from the fence company after sending an email or leaving a voicemail. However everything else was top notch. The quality of work provided was excellent. The job site was cleaned up very well. Also the customer service provided was very good. In fact one of my neighbors did not care for the quality of a picket that was installed facing her yard and Alpha Fence promptly replaced the picket after I contacted them. I would definitely use Alpha Fence again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

They repaired my rental house's gate, on the same day they gave the quote. Couple of weeks later, due to the big rain, gate leans down. I called. They came back, and fixed the problem right away. They also sent me a video showing the working gate, since I could not be there. They did great work.

Just as the previous times we have had them work, the work was professionally done. They spent less than two hours removing the old sections and rebuilding the new ones. The work site was thoroughly cleaned ... there we no nails, screws or other debris in the driveway or yard. The new sections matched the older sections in physical appearance and construction ... of course, the new sections looked newer due to the new boards. The work was of the same high quality that we have experienced over the years.
