For the very reasonable price, the provider cut the overhanging limbs, removed dead limbs, and removed the cut branches. He was very professional and prompt. The provider was also insured which I appreciate.

Very good. Heath and his crew are hard workers and polite and punctual. Heath is very pleasant. I couldn't get the yard gate closed and he picked it up and closed it for me.

Summer before last the drought caused some trees on our property to become diseased and die. We also had one that had been struck by lightning and another that had a double trunk one of which was leaning heavily toward the back of our house. I checked with Angie's List, got several recommendations, my husband meet with them and got estimates, and we chose Signature Lawn Land and Tree Service. Heath's estimate was not the very lowest but he offered the most service for his price. My husband is very firm in saying that he hired Heath for several reasons but the main one was that he believed him when he told us what he would deliver if we hired him. This young man oozes honesty. They arrived and promptly went to work. Pleasant and smiling the whole time, no bad language, and they got those trees to land exactly where they wanted them to go. Very important considering our home, other trees, and electrical lines. Larger pieces were set aside in a convenient place for my husband to later cut up for firewood. Smaller branches separated for burning. We are very pleased. We will use this service again and also recommend them to anyone needing yard care. These two seemed to be having as great a time as my husband who was outside with them the whole time. Wow, there are still people who enjoy their work out there and have integrity. They are a fine example of Godly values at work.

They always so up on time and do a good job. They close the fence after the service, which we appreciate because we have children and pets who play in the yard. They've always been consistant and reliable. They owner is a very friendly guy and his crew is as well.

From the day I called for an estimate, I was impressed with this business. I called 6 other places and ended up getting 4 estimates. Signature's price was not the very lowest, but it was quite competitive. More importantly, the owner was the only person I met with who described, in detail, about how he would go about felling and removing the tree. He was also the only one who offered to show me his proof of insurance. The tree was very tall, beginning to rot at the base, and was in a location where it easily could have taken out our fence, part of our roof, or even a neighbor's roof. He described how he usually fells a tree and how that would vary for us because the tree wasn't safe fell that way (I apologize for not remembering the exact details on method). He also went out of his way to squeeze us in soon once he saw how bad off the tree was. I had no idea that it had gotten so bad, but it truly was starting to crumble near the bottom. The crew arrived at the date and time promised. Unfortunately, in less than a week's time the bottom several feet of the tree was covered in poison ivy. Instead of just leaving, and leaving us with a dangerous tree still on our property, they cut down all but about the last 4 feet of the tree. We were then asked to douse the rest in ivy killer. After working until 6 p.m. the first day, they returned two days later (today) to haul off the cut up tree (the extra time was to give the poison ivy killer time to work). I saw them take care to remove the larger sections of tree by carrying them in a tarp instead of dragging them across the dirt and messing up my lawn. The base of the tree still has some poison ivy left on it so they will return next week when it's all dead to finish removing the trunk. As noted above, they left my yard, driveway, and even my front porch cleaner than it was when they arrived. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, service, and price of Signature Lawn, Land and Tree. My husband and I have been wanting to hire a regular mowing service and we are pleased to be able to contract them for that work as well. I will report how that goes once we have had it done for the first time, but I am confident we will be happy with that work as well.

They were prompt and efficient, but since I was not present when the services were rendered I can't comment on the performance.
