The entire process so far has been excellent. This is the first time we are building a home and we couldn't have picked a better builder. He has over 30 years of experience and is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Of all the builders we interviewed, he wanted to get to know us and understand our likes and dislikes. We thought we would be so stressed out during the building and even though it has only just started, we have been working on the house plans, specs and a construction loan for a few months. He says now the fun starts! And it certainly has!! We are SO excited to see our house going up. He also says we will likely be in the house in time for the holidays! Ralph also is wonderful at staying in contact and letting us know what is going on every step of the way. He is very organized and provided us with a printed budget of the cost of materials and a reasonable expectation of when each of those things would be needed. He also provided a work list for us to use for where to shop for flooring, fixtures, counter tops, etc. and what our budget is for those items to stay within our house budget. So helpful!! We recommend Ralph Miles Construction to anyone interested in building a new home. We are planning to use him again next year when we put a pool in the backyard!
