Description of Work: I was having major driver issues with my laptop and decided to take it to lap tops for less as I have used them one time in the past. I told the men working there that I wanted all of my liscened programs, photos, music, and photos backed up onto a memory stick that I provided them with. After several days with no new from Laptops for Less I contacted them and was given a date it would be ready. On the date and time that was set by Laptops for Less I arrived at the store and had to wait while they completed the work so I could have my laptop back that day. When i got the computer home and inspected it I noticed I was missing several programs that were to have been re-installed by Laptops for Less. Upon further investigation I ran a simple update check on the official Windows website and discovered my computer was missing 42 critical updates. Due to my slow internet speed and the size of the download, it took me two days to complete the necessary updates.
