Appoint was scheduled for 8-10, the tech arrived at 10:15. The tech routed the coax outside of the rain gutter downspout instead of on the inside where some existing coax was already installed so it looks odd now.

Unable to install antenna access to both ends of house due to small attic opening. Antenna attached to roof and only picks up the signal about half the time; any little wind, antenna moves and loses signal.

I would not recommend this pro, or anyone else, to do what I wanted done because at this time there is no tower from which to get signal. I am not sure how I feel about having to pay the $100 **truck roll** fee when I got nothing in return, but the subject never came up in our talks prior to his arrival.. I guess we both assumed he would succeed. Whether or not I owed that figure or not could have been debated, but I was not ready for an protracted disagreement, so I swallowed hard and paid up.

Guys were excellent!! Had to be called back to site. Apparently a cable for the internet was dislodged, on the top of the tower! They returned with smiles, apologies, fixed the issue….all with a great attitude! Would definitely recommend their service! People in office were very responsive as we could not reach the installers after they left. We called the office and within 20 minutes….the installers were back. All this happened on a Saturday!
