They should have charged less because the installer used all of the fixtures that had been used for Dish previously. He didn't have to drill any holes. I believe he even used some of the cable that was already in place from Dish.

Installer arrived with an attitude that only improved when I decided to get a minimal installation. Didn't introduce himself so I'm not sure of his name but he offered no helpful suggestions or information regarding my equipment usage. Even if we weren't dealing with a pandemic, his hygienic practice of blowing his nose with his fingers and then handling my credit card, was creeping me out.

The work effort was good, but the worker showed up sick and threw up. Tried to fight through it rather than leaving and coming when healthy. After a prolonged effort, ended up coming back the next day.

By far, they were professional and took care of business. I can't tell you how many other companies that I contacted that didn't even bother to respond with so much as a call-back or return email. The technician took care of the problem antenna (he removed and dismantled it), and removed an old satellite dish and the pole it was mounted it to.

Showed up late, could not run wire to the master bedroom, and installed an amplifier which brought the channels back, but most of the channels do not come in before 10 am. I contacted them via email to let them know what is going on and will contact them again today. I think due to the buildup in the area, the antenna needs to be raised. This is long hot work, with lots of climbing up and down, so I am glad that they are willing to do this work.

The technician was very prompt, and knowledgeable. He found my problem and corrected it quickly.
