Description of Work: TEAR DOWN ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS REPLASTER AND PAINT TEAR DOWN WALL INSTALL NEW BEAM INSTALL FRENCH DOORS TEAR OUT AND INSTALL NEW KITCHEN CABINETS AND COUNTERTOPS AND APPLIANCES INSTALL TRACK LIGHTING CEILING FAN AND RECESSED LIGHTING.
