+ 0 moreI had contacted another company that said the repairs would be roughly $400. MKCS did it for less than half that price and pointed out the exact spot where water was able to penetrate the roof/flashing. It has rained many times since the repair was done and I'm happy to say, my family room is completely dry. Thanks!
