They were great. They have always done a really good job. They have always been very prompt and have reasonable prices. My overall experience with them has been great. I will continue to use their services in the future.

Terry did a great job. He arrived on time and completed the job in less that one hour. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and he completed both repairs efficiently. I will definitely call on him again the next time I need a handyman.

They were great and did a great job. There were 2 guys who came out and one was a certified electrician. They got the job done quite quickly and had all the parts to do the job. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards and were really nice. I will definitely use them again as they are local in my area and do a lot more things. I spent a little over $200 on that work. They had to use 2 people because the ceiling was high and they had to use scaffolding. They were in the house for about 1.5 hours. They had a buy a couple of parts that I did not have. The price was a little high.

--Overall, did a very good job. -- I was a little puzzled by their bringing and charging for an electrician to change out light fixtures and set timers, also wanted to use an electrician to change out wall plates. The electician seemed to spend most of the time looking for light bulbs in home depot. Be aware that the use of an electrician ups the hourly rate though they try to present it as still a good deal. --The final cost ran about $200 over the estimate. I did add a couple of small things, but that still seemed a little over the top. --Also, tlhey don't accept credit cards-- cash or check only,--which can make it a problem if you have a big project for them,--you will have to pay out of pocket. If I had know that up front, I probably wouldn't have added the other things. They will put a positive spin on this too, that it keeps the owner from passing on the bank credit card fee to the customer, but come on, some things are just the cost of doing business, and who doesn't accept credit cards these days. --The credit card thing is the only thing that migh deter me from using them in the future. Otherwise, they know the neighborhood and know what they are doing.

They are professional and punctual for the job. They are very friendly and I can trust them completely. They do many things and do a good job. I like their services and will use the same in future.

For years we have been unable to cool our living room during the summer due to sun coming in our west-facing clerestory windows. After considering and rejecting many solutions, we finally hit on the idea of solar window screens. Unfortunately, the windows are odd sized, so ready-made screens were not available. They would have to be custom made and installed on the outside by climbing onto our patio roof overhang. As we are now in the "golden years" of life, we knew right away this was not a job for us. Of course we called Terry at our Handyman. He instructed us to purchase the supplies in advance in order to save time (his time is our money), which we were able to do easily at the local hardware store. On the day of our appointment, he and Drew arrived on time and went right to work cutting back tree branches so they could gain access to the roof. Then they measured the windows, cut the screens to size, assembled them on the spot, installed them, and cleaned up behind themselves in less than two hours. Before they left, the temperature in my living room had already dropped by five degrees! Now I call that a success story.

They have been here multiple times. They are very punctual and clean. I like the fact that they clean up after themselves. They don't get too messy. They have very good ideas for what I need to get done. They are also quick.

Terry and Drew arrived on time and we walked through all the things that needed to be done. Terry gave me an estimate of the time (1.5 to 1.75 hours) and material required. I had the option of buying the materials needed (nails, door flap, dowels, etc.) or I could have them do it but that time would be included in the time charged. I opted for the latter since neither my husband nor I have the time to do it (hence the handyman). We also scheduled a date and time to get the work done (within 2 days). On the designated day, Drew arrived on time and started right away. The work was completed in the estimated time (1 hr 45 minutes). They added 15 minutes as time spent in shopping for material which seemed very reasonable to me. A receipt for the material purchased was provided as well which was helpful. On the walk-through, I asked for the closet shelf to be caulked and it was done without any hesitation which I really liked. I am planning on calling them back as soon as I have another list ready.

I am very happy with the overall service and their pricing. Even though it took little longer than their estimate due mainly to trying to match the stain color, they stood by their estimate and did not charge me for their extra time in labor.

Had a problem with the faucets in my jacuzzi. Got this gentleman's name through Angie's list and contacted him. I explained as this was a rented place, I did not want to replace everything and he worked with me to get it fixed by changing parts inside the faucet(s) and also following up and fixing again when the problem reccured.

Scheduling appointment was easy for Saturday morning. He came and inspected the problem, got the tools, fixed the problem and cleaned up. Very efficient, knows what he is doing, and very resonable charge for the hour. I will use his services again.

He has an electrical background but there are some things that he can't do and he is very up front about that. The price seemed very reasonable and he was very personable. He actually lives a few streets over and was available pretty soon after I called him. It was really, really nice. I will definitely call him back.

Very well. Your Handyman is a very honest guy and obviously knew what he was talking about in terms of the problem. He could have sold me a quick fix and instead he did the right thing. I am already planning on using him for several other household repairs.

Problem with Bathtub. Got the name of this handyman from Angie's list. The handyman knew his stuff. Set expectations and did the job. When the same broke again a month and a half later which we discovered was due to the faulty part they got from Home Depot (this can happen as it is a part, Home Depot replaced free), the same was fixed at no charge. Awesome Job!!!

I thought overall he did a fairly good job. I was just a little unhappy that he didn't offer to finish the job by painting the new boards he put up. He works very fast, is very thorough. The wooden trim on the windows was great. He left the wood trim around the chimney unpainted which I was disappointed with, but otherwise a good job.
