Description of Work: Fixed gaps in front door and replaced doorbell. They did a great job. I thought I needed new weather stripping on the door and he said I didn't and we just needed to adjust the door jam. He also replaced a broken cap on our door bell. He was done in like 15 minutes but we got charged for the whole hour, so it did seem like a high price for the time spent, I wish I had more for him to do in that hour to really get our money worth. Would hire again if needed in the future.

Description of Work: Looked at a plumbing issue. Decided we needed a plumber. Then did some caulking. He was honest and thoughtf. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: He was prompt and professional. Gave me a really good price. But what I will always remember about him is that he did a little extra.... I needed him to replace some wood for me, and he did that, painted it up really nice....but also painted the rest of the window trim. I came home and it looked great. Very reasonable, will use him again.

Description of Work: I was pleased with work Drew and his assistant helped me with installing wire shelving units and general clean up. So when I needed to have my shower tile removed, and then replaced after the plumber made repairs to my shower, I felt very confident Drew would do a good job start to finish. Drew arrived on time to remove tile around shower spout. He got the job done quickly and cleaned up and gave me instructions to find tile that I thought would be a close match. ( I didn't want to replace the entire shower tile.) Because my plumber was through home warranty I had the plumber come back another day to make repairs to the shower. Drew suggested he return to finish replacing the tile the day the plumber came back to make repairs. Unfortunately I had to reschedule with both the plumber and Drew due to work conflicts. The plumber finished his repairs 2 weeks later. Drew agreed to another time which I later cancelled again due to work conflicts. He agreed to have me call back to reshedule when I knew my work schedule better in about 1-2 weeks. When I called him back to set another time; he and his wife had had a baby and I was to wait for his call. During such an exciting time I understood Drew may also have limited time to schedule. When I had not heard back in about 1week I left a voice message. I left a second voice message about 3 days later when I hadn't heard back. That same evening I tried to call a friend. However, I accidently pressed my phone button and it redialed Drew. I cancelled the call but apparently not in time, because I received a text message shortly thereafter telling me I was " interrupting the feeding time for his son.!" I've never heard back from him since and I've decided not to 'Interrupt" him again. Clearly that was not the intention of my call or vc message. I ended up having another contractor finish the job.
