Landscaper did a great job as we were in the process of putting the house on the market. they mulched and planted flowers. everything looked really good.

For what they did, it was a bargain - Received two workers for 1.5 hours - They trimmed all shrubbery on the property and two trees - They quoted my night $495 for the same service - Would not dream of paying that much for their services

They did great in their work. Their communication with me was not good. We agreed on a certain time and they showed up on a totally different day and time. So I didn't have the list ready of everything that I wanted them to do. I had them come out once a year for several years and they do a fabulous job. The workers ended up doing everything except for one thing I really wanted them to do. I called and talked to them about it and they ended up sending somebody else to do that one other thing, because it was their mistake. Basically something got mixed up in scheduling. The workers are great. My mom used them for years. They also typically have one of the bosses to come by at the beginning and end to inspect the work.

The guys arrived on time. They removed the old shrubbery, prepped the beds, laid out new plants, planted everything and mulched all in one day. Did a great job.

They did it today, and I am so happy with the look! It is amazing. I am so thrilled! He was flexible with reusing the stone we already have, and using smaller, cheaper plants so we could stay within our budget. I just am beyond happy with the finished product. These guys are artisans with the stone edging! Another thing is that it hailed three times today, and rained almost all day, and they still got it finished in one day.

Purchased big deal of 15/hrs of work and 1/2 hour design review for $674. Using the deal to add a couple of flower beds in the backyard. Added some additional work, top soil, etc. for a total of about $1100. We setup the initial design consultation and D.J. was great. Was on time and very helpful. Met with DJ on a Tuesday and during our meeting with DJ he said he would be back in the office later that afternoon and would send us the proposal and that we would need to leave the backyard open so the utilities could come to mark out the yard. Received the pricing on Thursday morning and had a few back and forth emails to confirm specific pricing, etc. We accepted the proposal and asked to schedule a specific day and was told we could do sometime the week after next and could confirm day/time as it got closer. Utilities never showed so asked about this and was told they had not done it yet, but were going to. As the end of the following week approached our yard had still not been marked by utilities. Called their number several times (they use answering service) and DJ's cell. We received an email response instead of a call that the utilities still had not been scheduled, they apologized and said it would be scheduled. I also asked to confirm a specific day to schedule the work since they were going to come out the next week and they responded with sometime next week. Pushed a little harder to set the day since we had to purchase mulch, schedule to be home, etc. etc. but they would not confirm a specific day. When I responded that would not work and we had to set a specific day. I wasnt sure what their issue was with scheduling a specific day, but I also commented that if they were concerned about weather that we can re-schedule if it rains but we still need to plan and set a day. They responded with setting it for Friday but with the disclaimer "subject to change".... I decided to not use this company and get a big deal refund. After the meeting with DJ communication and scheduling seemed to be difficult and felt that if it was this difficult at the beginning it would only get worse.

I bought a big deal from them for leaf clean up in just the front yard. The said it would be done ASAP. After a week passed and no service, I contacted them. They promised me it would be done that week. The second week passed and nothing. It wasn't until 3 weeks after they said it would be done ASAP that they showed up. When they finally did show up the work performed was poor and they did not follow my simple request that was submitted when I bought their RAW DEAL. They didn't clean the leaves along the curb or follow a couple other simple request. Their communication practices are amateur. They use a poorly run call service and it can take days to get a reply if you get one at all. Don't waste your money.

Went well. They provided a basic hand drawn landscape design plan in black and white and a detailed legend of all the plant. I was hoping for something done on a compute landscape design program in full color using actual pictures of the area I wanted to landscape to help me visualize the proposed design better but that was not available. Nothing against the provider, just my misunderstanding of what was to be provided. They also provided plant and labor costs if I were to decide to have them install everything. In total it would have been over $4000. I ended up buying a computer landscape design program for $100 coming up with my own design and then doing all the work myself. It came out fantastic and I did it all for under $1000

They said they were going to come out for the past 3 weeks out. I called in today and I can’t even get a hold of people who know what is going on.

Terrible customer service. They do great work IF you can get them out but they are extremely overpriced. Initial work for sod and landscaping was beautiful. Hired them to cut grass every two weeks and occasional clean up. They charged a fair price of $75 for clean up a few times last season. Recently requested clean up assuming it would be at same rate, charged $140 on basis I never requested price prior to service. Made initial request for clean up in January and emailed several times before they actually came. When they came they only mowed grass, no clean up. Received bill for two clean up charges at $140 a piece for January and March even though they only came in March. They were very rude and insisted I was wrong until I forwarded an email that proved they never did the work for which I was charged. They removed the charge and said they can no longer service my property. This is ironic as they never really did on a consistent basis. I am sure there are many other reputable landscapers that you will not have to beg to take your money. If you do choose this company be prepared to keep excellent records so you are not overcharged and allow a lot of time to actually get them out to do anything.

I had some scheduling and responsive issues.

It went great, they have made some minor adjustments and are going to provide additional services in the future.

I contacted Wilson Landscaping 3/13 when I purchased a Big Deal offer of 3 Men for an hour of labor for $119. I specifically requested that the front and back flower beds be cleaned out; and, if time permitting, mow the front and back lawns. I also specifically said that I would pay for another hour at $195 so that what I needed done would get finished. After a couple of emails, the day was today - 3/23. I emailed and called Wilson when I would expect the men to come. Was told someone would get back to me. I checked my email and nothing. I called again and had to leave a message. I just heard today - the day the men are supposed to be here that they would arrive between 8:30 and 9:30. At 9:45, they arrived. With two men, who do not speak English, carrying a work order for the wrong service. The work order said lawn mowing and trimming. I couldn't speak with the worker, so I called Wilson Landscape. When I called, a receptionist answered the phone. I asked to speak with the owner. The receptionist said he wasn't there but she could take a message. Is there anyone else I can speak to who is charge? No; no one is in the office. Called Angie's List and requested a full refund. This is a very unprofessional company with poor customer service and organization.

The guys showed up on time. I thought they would only have time for the front yard, but they hustled and got the back yard done as well. Even hauled off the leaves even though it wasn't included.

I have used Wilson Landscape....and I will continue to use them. Excellent work.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal for three hours of work for $119. It was made clear that was for three men for one hour. We have a fairly large backyard at 1000+ square feet. They cleared that, two side yards and the front of the house in the hour time frame using a combination of leaf blowers and rakes. They even knelt down to remove leaves from between bushes by hand. They also cleaned all the leaves off of the back patio, driveway, front walkway and in front of the entryway. They were thorough and efficient and did not require my supervision. They did ask if I wanted them to trim the bushes for an additional cost but when I said no they accepted my refusal and did not push the issue. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

The 2 guys worked very hard and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. We were very pleased and would use Wilson Landscaping again.

I purchased the $500 'deal,' which included a landscaping consultation. I scheduled an evaluation of my landscaping with DJ on the 26th. He did arrive on the day planned. He evaluated my landscaping needs and promised a proposal and plan by the following Wednesday (2-days later). I submitted my property survey by email as requested. When I did not hear back in over a week, I called and left a message for DJ. To date, I still have no response to my email or to my voice mail. Now, I'd just like a refund of my $500.

I answered the automatic email but never received a phonecall to schedule so I went with a different company.

Was fine, the crew came and cleaned it up.

It went just fine. It took a long time for them to get it done and it went back and forth. The guy that came out was nice and the work was great. The yard looks great and he was good to add in and take at. All in all, I have no complaints. They were here when they said they would be. They did the job. They smiled and also were courteous.

They arrived on schedule, and they did a great job. In fact, I was really impressed that they were able to remove all of the leaves in my yard which numbered in the thousands.

It was fine. They did what I asked them to do. They came within a reasonable amount of time after I requested it. I was happy with it. I think they were there that long and two people worked. Pricing was fine, I was happy with that too.

It was ok in the end. I bought this service through Angie's Deal, three men for two hours of yard work. They never called me. All communication was done through Angie's List email. I told them exactly what I wanted. They replied with reasons that the service might cost more, like hauling off debris, additional tools, extra man hours, etc. I replied that I didn't wish to pay more so they should get the leaves up first and then trim the two bushes if they had time. Since Plano picks up yard debris, I said they could leave the bags out back. They arrived on Monday morning. There were only two men. English seemed a bit of a challenge, but I was able to communicate what I wanted. The ground was wet, so they were unable to get up all the leaves, but got up most of them. They did not have time to trim the bushes, and they left my patio furniture in disarray. Not a big deal, but I was a bit disappointed. They bagged all of the leaves in garbage bags which the city will not pick up, so we were looking at having to rebag them in paper bags. Not too happy about that. They emailed asking about my experience and I told them. They sent the same guys back out on Friday. They hauled off the bags and trimmed the bushes for no additional charge. The ground was still wet, so didn't ask them to try and get the leftover leaves. So, ultimately, I got what I wanted. Mostly. It just took two trips and a lot of email.
