Did not come at the time promised. Told him I would meet him at property to discuss further work, he did not wait. Couldn't tell he had done any work but was told he did by people who witnessed his presence. Has not attempted to contact me regarding future work, so obviously doesn't need/want work. Not impressed, no professionalism and work discussed not done as detailed in my e-mails to owner.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out great. I had to supply the stain and the big deal was only the labor charge. They were on time and stayed in contact with me on the timing of the schedule, they worked me in their schedule, and they did a nice job. They were excellent, and very reasonably priced.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. They were very responsive and helpful. It was a great experience. The deal was for 3 men for an hour of landscape services and they communicated in a timely fashion. They were on time and did exactly what I asked them to do. They left everything looking great.

We are very pleased with the result and if this same service was offered again we would definitely do it again as we have more of the same work that needs to be done.

He did exactly what the other reviews stated and stood me up and used the excuse the other have stated here. Got a refund from Angies List.

The deal was for three man-hours of work each. I had them clean some severely overgrown beds for us. They showed up on time and did a good job. I assumed that they stayed the full six man hours.

Although we had some problems getting the scheduling down, once we set it up, they were prompt and efficient. I was concerned that I had more work that needed to be done (a lot of beds) than two men in four hours could do, they really worked quickly, but thoroughly. They did not seem in a rush, but had all of it done within the four hour time frame. All in all, I was very happy with the work they did and I no longer have to look at the mess that was my flower beds for so long!

They did very well! They missed the first day they were supposed to show up and they had to call us and reschedule us but when they had the job done it was fine. I don't know if there were any additional charges and if my wife added something to the list or not.

Wilson Landscape Design did an excellent job. We've used them a couple of times for a couple of big deals, getting in touch with the guy who owns the company and apparently schedules, is difficult. You never talk to him, you either get an answering service that can schedule but they can get your name and number and he gets back with you eventually. The hardest part of dealing with the company is actually getting the work scheduled but after that's done, the crew arrives on time, they work hard and they get everything done and they actually had 20 minutes left over to do even more work, they came to me and asked what else they can do. They came here, they hit it and they worked hard. There's nothing bad. The price was very good. The crew was excellent.

Quality of shrubs and plants was great. Timeliness of follow up to issues related to the installation was a disappointment. Landscape installation has resulted in irrigation coverage issues that could have been avoided or addressed during installation. We anticipate that these problems will be solved, but not timely.

They are fine, and I will give them time by using them for a week or two and then will see whether I continue to use them.

Completed all projects. Bagged all the trimmings and put on my curb. Will hire them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was alright. They were very responsive the first time they came out and did wonderful work then but I had a very difficult time getting a hold of them after that. It just took a lot of work for them to come back out the second time to finish up so I probably would not use them again. Just getting a hold of them for someone to schedule or getting someone to call me back was a hassle. Their were lots of phone tag. The people who came out did a good job.

They showed up on time. They worked hard for the entire time that I have paid for. The work was quality. I was happy with them. There was three guys, I got 40 man hours, but they won't here like the entire week, but they had three days of working entire time when they were here. I would use them again.

Although they were slightly later than planned, the work they did was worth the wait. They did an excellent job and I'd would have them come back in a heart beat.

I can't say enough bad things about Wilson Landscape Design. It really was a joke. He provided no service. It was a total waste of time and money. He came out and I spoke with him. I had landscaping plans and I asked him to make a copy of them and give it back to me, because I did not have any way to make copies. It was something I had gotten previously. He did not do that. He sent back a plan but the placement of things was not correct. In other words, I have a yard, a patio, some stepping stones, trees and paths and so on and so forth. He didn't even have things in the right place. It was just a total waste of time. The only thing that I can say is that he did come out to my house. He said he was going to be in contact with me, and he never was in contact with me again.

They were on time and did what we expected. Very good service. We will use them again. Thank you,

We set up a time to review what needed to be done. They came the next day and completed all trimming.

When we spoke on the telephone to schedule the work, they requested a list of jobs I'd like them to do. I asked them to weed a couple empty flower beds, and remove some dead shrubs. They sent three guys for two hours (totaling 6 hours altogether) as promised, but they only were able to complete the weeding, not the shrub removal. No doubt the weeding was a BIG job and the workers seemed to be working hard, but I had hoped they could get to the shrubs as well.

For both projects - the work done was excellent. For the second project, the patio - weather and scheduling issues caused the project to be delayed for a significant amount of time. I liked the work. My only complaint would be that they were not very proactive with regards to letting me know about the scheduling issues. They were very responsive when I contacted them, but would rarely let me know without me reaching out to them to get updates on the project. Even with that issue, I was very satisfied with the work and would use them again.

They never called before to confirm. By 11:30, I decided to call them and asked them both if they were coming and who I had spoken with earlier. The person told me they were not sure, but they would send out a call to find the person. I asked her to call me back, and she never did. I finally called back again at 12:25, and I told her I had an appointment and that no one had reached out to me from my first call. Leslie, their receptionist, told me she could send out another call, but there was no guarantee. I grew upset and told her I would just contact Angie's List to file a complaint. Her exact words were "Okay, have a wonderful day."

I called them about 7 or 8 times since April to attempt to schedule the service. They have an answering service that takes a brief message of my info and what I’m looking for and will have the company call me back. They have called a couple of times and left a message but the phone number I call back never answers or returns messages.

Went pretty well except they mixed the mulch up with the soil when they planted everything.
