Fast, easy and they were a great help

DJ Quitadamo from Wilson Landscape Design came to my home on 5/10/17 and told me he would have a design within 2 weeks and have had no communication from Wilson Landscape since. A text was sent to Mr. Quitadamo on Saturday asking him what as going on and he told me he would look into it and call me today...nothing. Curious that if they were able to meet their origional commitments why they are listed on Angie's List a 2nd time....perhaps this is a scam and should have been investigated better by Angie's List before being listed at all !!

Very disappointed. Did work while I was gone. I told them I wanted be there and call me when they were planning to come. They did not contact me and did things that were very different than what was agreed to in the proposal. Kind of an arrogant manner about the owner. Nice proposal and terrible execution.

The gentleman came out and spent about 60-90 minutes talking to the wife and I. Said we should get something in 2-3 weeks. Heard nothing. Call after about a month and was told by office girl he had been busy because he was at a funeral. OK. Still heard nothing for several weeks and called again. Once again told he was busy and we should get something in a few weeks. Few weeks passed and nothing. Call the office and continue to get excuses. Totally ripoff. Finally wife call their office and asked for refund and they said we'd have to contact Angie's List, which we have not done. NOTE: I'm very easy going and rarely write a negative review but this company is basically stealing money from me.

The meeting was great! He listened to our ideas and provided his own as well. It takes a "new" set of eyes to see things differently and that was well worth the $99 landscape plans. He provided a detailed graph design with recommended plants and upgrades. We are getting prices on having the work done. It is much more work than we can do at one time so we will be breaking up the work over a few years.

Not well . I probably will be very wary when using people on Angie's list.

Reply and proposed design came many weeks after the visit. Never got the estimate to do the job. Great representative, just poor response time.

I called to schedule the appointment but he said he was sick. We rescheduled for a few weeks later. He came out and made a plan but called back and said he would make a new plan since his first one was not very good. He said he would be back but have never shown up.

I was disappointed, I asked for a landscape evaluation, and I have to admit, that is what they gave me. The order didn't specify what I would get and they gave me a hand drawn evaluation. The lines were straight they used a ruler, and then put together a plan for me with some planting material. I know there is some give and take, but it didn't look like all of my requests were listened to, and I was disappointed in the result that I got back, and it didn't even have a quote for the materials. The unfortunate part is that I have worked with them before, and I know they have a B rating, and I was really pleased with the work that they did. They installed some drainage pipes in my home, and it was absolutely fantastic, so that is why I went with them this time and I was just disappointed. I read the fine print, and I should have asked more specifically what I would get in return. I expected a color drawing with some plant examples and I can't say they didn't do what they said they would do, but it wasn't what I expected. I thought a more professional presentation was warranted. I thought the offer sounded great, he came out and talked to me, we covered quite a bit of stuff. I said I would like something for the front and back yard. I told him that I would like to have plants for the back yard because eventually I would like an outside kitchen. I received a hand drawing and it was only the front yard, it wasn't the side yard, or the back, and there was a mention of what to do with the tree range in the front if it had to be extended, but he didn't draw me a picture of what it would look like after the extension had occurred. The deal sounded very good, but if he had delivered something a little more complete, I would have been very happy, but what would I expect for $99.

When he came over on March 14th we went over what I wanted and did not want planted in the yard. He said the plan would be done within the week. After that time I checked with him, he told me he was working on it and it would be done the next morning. I checked the next day and he pushed it back again. The next day he admitted they have been too busy to start and had not even been in the office to work on it. I have all of the emails with his words stating this. Finally he told me he understood that I wanted a refund and to contact Angies list to do so. He just said, "Sorry." Once I contacted Angies List, the other owner emailed me a sketch on scratch graph paper. This sketch included flagstone which I had not asked for, enlarged my yard, and included specific plants that I had said I did not want. So they obviously had not communicated about the discussion with me or took my yard into consideration. Even the color scheme was red which is a color I said no on.

This was a $111 big deal purchase and they were good. It was interesting. They came out and he was very, very nice. He did the design for me and said he would get it for me in a week or two. Finally, after a month, I contacted the office and they sent it to me saying they would be back in touch to talk about costs and everything, but I never heard back from them. The price was good. I think they did a good job, but the only thing I can think of is that the job is just not that big for them. It would have been nice if they had let me know instead of me having to run after them to get the product. They were very prompt. They could have followed up.

I could not use the deal purchased as they do not cover my area.

Provider came out to look at yard. I specifically told him NO WATER FEATURE. When I received his plan and price, there was a WATER FEATURE smack dab in the middle of it. I contacted him and reminded him I did not want a water feature and asked for a revision. Weeks went by without a response. I placed another reminder call and sent an email. Still received nothing after 2 months. Asked for a refund and he refused. I contacted Angie's List. Angie's List refunded my money. I did not use this company and would not use this company after this poor customer service.

Fantastic to work with! From the very beginning all our questions were answered, and quickly. Came and looked over everything and made suggestions based on what we wanted done. Provided a quote within a few days. Work started quickly and was finished in a timely manner. We never had to request things to be finished. The guys on the job were outstanding and cleaned up every day, even blowing leaves off our front walkways where they hadn't even worked at! Their pricing was very competitive compared to 4 other quotes we had received. Overall extremely impressed with their work, their workers, and DJ who we solely communicated with. John the owner did come by to see how everything looked and we also raved about the workers. We will be using them again in the future.
