The crew was excellent. I would use Wilson Landscaping again. It did take quite an effort to get the work scheduled, but I'm glad they come through for me in the end.

They did a nice job. Their crew was very professional, nice, and friendly. We had a few hiccups trying to schedule it as we had a phone tag thing and kept going back and forth. They were there for the full hour. They did a good job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They are good. I've used them several times. They show up when they are supposed to. Their prices are reasonable and they do a really nice job on mulch. I always spend way more than the deals because I have a half acre with lots of shrub beds.

We wanted to upgrade the back of the house with a nice porch, lay some chicken wire in the ground (to keep the dogs from digging out), pull a small tree out of the back yard, plant two fruit trees, and implement new landscape in the front yard. The gentleman seemed very professional, gave us some good ideas, and drew up plans. The plans themselves were part of an Angie's List Big Deal special. Well, after the plans were finalized, and we received the cost estimate, we decided to postpone the front yard work until Spring, but go ahead and have the back yard work done. He pulled out the tree, and then fell off the face of the Earth. We called a few times, and were always told it would be just a little while longer because the weather had caused their concrete crew to fall behind schedule. After a few such calls, I ceased trying because I fell ill, and my bad health confined me to bed much of the time. In fact, I have just this past month or so begun to re-enter the land of the living, so to speak. In any case, he did pull the tree out and did not invoice me for it. Which, I guess, is worth something. But now I have to go through the process all over again and find another contractor. I'd rather have had it done with.

They did a great job. The technicians came out and they did a great job cleaning out our property. It was fantastic. They went above and beyond my expectations. The price was good for the project.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They are a little difficult to make a commitment and then he still owes me some work. It was a little confusing as to what he placed on Angie's List pertaining to what work he would perform. It was not quite the deal I expected. I suggest to others to understand very clearly what they are paying for. I would not do it again. I spent about double what I expected. Most of the work they did was not covered by the Big Deal. They did not supply any shrubbery, only the labor, so I had to buy trees myself.

I would never recommend this company and they do not deserve to be on Angie's List. Please see above for details.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service . He totally ignored the fact that I have large trees in the back yard even though I told him I wanted to keep the trees and bushes, but his design left out the trees. He was pleasant, but at least he gave me the plans to look at. I have not even taken the time to look at the plans he has suggested. I don't know exactly what happened to him with the communication he had with his designer. My site was not taken into consideration. I also told him I wanted a fire pit in the design so he took it back and drew in a fire pit. It took him a while to get back to me because they were very busy and he apologized for that. I would like for him to correct the issues.

I was impressed with them. They went above and beyond, and their price was reasonable.

I actually was looking for a service to do a lot more work.I need to re do my entire lawn in the spring.I asked the lead person for an estimate,and he told me another person would get with me.I never heard fro anyone,so I assume they do not have an interest and I will continue my search. Don't misunderstand,the work done on this day was ok.It could have led to much more.

Did not use. They were not interested in servicing my area. Had to call a couple of time to get them to honor the deal to come out for estimate. I believe they priced the estimate high so that I would decline.

They did an excellent job. They came when they said they would. I could barely tell they were here but when I walked outside there were no leaves in my yard. I had used them in the past for planting and clean up.

The guy was very professional. I have not had them go ahead and do the work yet. I will eventually work with him and I thought they were excellent. I like the man. They immediately sent me an e-mail after I've bought the deal, saying that they appreciated my response and that they were overloaded with responses, and that they would get to me as soon as they could. So it was a while, but I knew that they were just very busy. I want to have the man come back and talk to me about the project.

They did not do anything at my house because they never showed up. I contacted them by email first and I got a quote right away. After I decided to use them, I called the office and left a message but never heard back until a couple days later when he texted me. I ended up speaking with one of the guys that works there and he said I would receive an email confirming a date to come out. No email….. I ended up trying to text him and call back but never got a response. We are selling our house this week and if they were too busy to come pick up leaves and clean the gutters, I wish they would have just told me. Thankfully I found another company who is coming out today to do the work they should have done.

It took a little time to get the plan and I was headed to Europe about that time - so decided to "let it go" until next season. Plan was submitted in nice detail.

Four workers came and were able to finish the job in about two hours. They did a great job. The bushes were cut back and shaped beautifully. I would use them again.

the two crew members were terrific. They worked the whole time with a lunch break. They were very cooperative, informative, and did not waste any time while they were working at my house. There was some miscommunication between the owners and myself about providing the mulch. I ended up having to run to the store to pick it up. It was a little difficult contacting the owners over specifics.

The representative came out promptly and was responsive and professional as we walked around the property to consider what I needed. Unfortunately, by the time the landscaping plans were completed, they had likely forgotten what my main concerns were and some key instructions in what I wanted to be sure we planned around. Since the plans were simply sent via email several months after they visited my home, there was no discussion nor explanation. The specific quotes I asked for were not included, but were listed as TBD. I have encountered similar issues with other businesses because I'm a single, female homeowner and not always taken seriously by some businesses I've attempted to deal with, but to me that is always a good test of true service values. Given that I decided not to move forward with them, they did not have the opportunity to correct the issues, so they may have redone the plans taking into consideration what I asked for...I just didn't want to have to ask for it again. While I was disappointed, I believe they probably have a good company with beautiful outcomes for their projects they take on beyond the initial consultation.

Crew of two arrived on-time as scheduled. After reviewing my wish list told me I could get more done in the time allocated. So I ran to Home Depot for 15 bags of bark mulch. They cleaned out all the flower beds, removed a dead tree, and laid down weed screen and bark mulch. Trimmed bushes and trees in the back yard. Hauled all clippings and limbs to front yard for trash pickup. Yard looks wonderful. Only issue was the clippings they put to the front yard curb had gravel in it. So after trash pickup I had to pickup the rocks out of my lawn. Will use them again.

After a few delays got the plan but no followup to execute the plan

Very frustrating experience and disappointing. Read the other reviews after the provider was inundated with Big Deal purchases that there were significant delays. Since the landscape assessment wasn't time sensitive for my parent's house, I waited several weeks before contacting them and giving them direct contact information for my parent's. It took several follow up calls by my mother to get a confirmation for the assessment and then several missed appointment dates before someone finally came out. He was pleasant and walked around the front yard with my mother describing various changes he would make for curb appeal since she had explained to him any landscape services that would be done would be to help sell the house. My mother called him several times after the visit but never received an email with the final design.

From the initial visit of the representative, in which everything was explained to me, to the final visit, I could not be more pleased. When I called to schedule the second visit, they were very accommodating. They were always on time and did everything I asked. I had a few hours left from the initial visit and they came and cleaned up the remaining leaves. They fit me in their schedule even with all the bad weather. The landscape crew was so nice and friendly and I will definitely call Wilson Landscaping again.
