They're not nearly as good as the other one. They got in when they would request. They weren't really set-up to do what we're asking. We were asking them more than they were prepared to do for that big deal or for whatever the special was. We got some information and it was fine. I didn't use them for anything else.

I bought the angie's deal of 3 men for 1 hour of work. Holy Cow! These guys did an amazing job. My yard looks so good now. They went deep into flower beds and removed everything dead. I'm so impressed! I was actually not expecting this level of service. I will use them again. Thanks!

I was happy with the service. They came on time and they did a good job. They went above and beyond for the work. They contacted me quickly after the Big Deal purchase and we agreed on a date for the service.

One of two gentleman was a very good worker. I thought one guy was somewhat lazy. They didn't get as much done as I would have like to have if I had done it myself. I was interested in weekly mowing service. They told me to call the company to scheduled rather than following up with me. I would expect them to call and ask how they did and try to schedule more work.

They did a very good job. Worked fast for the entire time they were here. All three had pleasant personalities.

They did a nice job. It still looks really nice. The workers were clean, did what they said, and worked quickly. They were also nice to work with and prompt.

Was contacted promptly to schedule the work. Crew arrived within the agreed upon time and performed the planned work. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

I received a message from Wilson Landscape Design (message arrived in a timely manner), and it said that "Any materials or equipment rentals needed will be an additional charge." Of course they'll need equipment. That should have been listed on the deal page.

It was good. They were very professional and they made sure that we were satisfied with what they had done. What stands out about them is their professionalism.

Iwantedc them to draw up landscape plans and they took measurements sent me a drawing and this was not what i wanted,and ask to meet with them again and never heard back from them.Made numerous attemps to get them and to ne evaile.

They did try to call me once, we played phone tag, and then he wouldn’t respond online through Angie’s List. They’re just slow in getting back. I'm sure they do good work, they just need to improve their communication.

3 mem arrived and promptly went to work raking leaves, cleaning out along the fence and in flower beds and trimming in areas we requested. They also helped dig up and transplant several bushes as directed. They worked consistently and continually the whole time they were here. We were very pleased.

It was NOT a pleasant experience, and I had to get a refund. After they came out to initially discuss the project, I could never get them to come back out again.

They were quick with response times. I showed them exactly what to do and what not to do, and they did exactly as I asked for the lawn clean ups.

However, it is a little hard to get hold of someone to come out and provide estimates and it took multiple tries to get a response and even schedule a visit.

Removal of fallen leaves in flower beds, man made stream, and around house. We have over 100 trees on our property so this is a big task.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job ..... I will use again.

I paid the money for the services and no one called or showed up! I need a return of my money! I am very disappointed in Angies List. This is the second time I have had this problem. If, I pay and set a time and date..........................I expect the service to be performed! I have many contacts on Twitter and Facebook and I intend to let them know about I have been treated. We didn't pay anything extra. This was the second time we used them. It was difficult trying to schedule the appointment. It was because they were busy after the big deal offer.

We have used them a couple of times, they always work out pretty well. There were no additional charges. They come ready to work, and they do what you want done, and if they complete before time, they ask if you need anything else done. They came on time.

We weren't happy with them. In fact, they got about 80% done with the job and we just told them not to come back. The Big Deal wasn't a big deal. It was more of a hook to get us to commit to spending money with them and the pricing wasn't a market pricing. So we didn't get a fair exchange for the dollars that we put in. It wasn't a good value. We could have gotten the work that we got done for less if we just contacted other people and had them come out. And when they did come out and do the work, we had plants die and they wouldn't come back and replace them. There were some extra stuff that we had them do that they did not do a very good job on. We just told them to leave it as it was and we just didn't finish paying them. We owe them a balance of $375 and they called to collect it and I said that if they come to finish it, we'll pay you but they did not come back out. So the next time they called, we had somebody else to finish it so we did not pay them the rest. Maybe they just got overwhelmed because the put the Big Deal ad out and I think they had a bunch of people that took it and so they had too much. They couldn't take care of us the way they were supposed to.

Horrible. I did the Angie's pre-pay program, $700.00 in total. Except for the initial 2.5 hours, vendor never showed up despite my multiple attempts over more than 6 weeks to schedule getting the work done. No follow up there after. A complete Rip off. I still need to go to Angie's to see if I can get my money back. I would recommend avoiding. Vendor says he did not hear back from me in months. I had noted to him after 8 weeks of trying to reschedule my dis-satisfaction. Now he is critical of my review? What about my $700.00? He certainly was happy to keep it and had my full contact information.

Went very well, 3 men worked fast and efficiently. Bagged up all the leaves. Only problem is they put the leaves in plastic bags and Fort Worth will only pick up yard waste in paper bags. As professionals, they should have known that and not used plastic bags. Now I am still left with the problem of how to dispose of the bags of leaves sitting at my curb!!

I expected this company to be more professional with a well developed plan. What I got was a plan made up over night. Being an architect I just expected a plan of better quality. .
