Provider reasonalbly on time, very courteous, provided bid and after several attempts, finally provided sketch of landscape. Overall, they did very well.

The crew showed up on time & were very polite & professional. There were only two but they got the job done right & that's what's important! Will use WIlson Landscape Design again!

They did a great job. There was some difficulty getting a date scheduled; there were lots of emails back and forth to come to an agreement for date, time. It also took a long time until they could work me into their schedule, (I would imagine that they were very busy this time of year). The work they performed was excellent.

I purchased the deal for 1 hour of yard with 3 workers. There were only 2 workers so I received 1 1/2 hours of work. I am amazed at how much Juan and his assistant finished in the 1 1/2 hrs. They completed everything on my list and worked quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use this company again! I love when I find companies like this by using 'deals' on Angies List and will certainly call them for future projects. They just pulled out of my driveway, but I couldn't wait to report on how great the experience was.

I scheduled with him shortly after buying the deal, I stayed home but he never showed up. I have tried to schedule several times since then, but he has not been able to work me into the schedule and does not follow up with me.

We did not use them. What they proposed was very gorgeous beautiful but it was more costly than what we could afford. They came out and showed us what they would do and everything as far as the landscaping was concerned. I had a little bit of a difficult time getting them out and I had to call them several times to get somebody out; I even had to put in a little threat to report them just to get somebody out. One they came out I figured that it was a message passing failure like my request wasn't passed to the right people. But they came and drew up everything. There were no additional charges other than the cost of the deal. We just built a house and we wanted some estimates on landscaping. So they came out and measured up and drew up their plans but it was much more expensive than we could afford. I would tell others to make sure that their messages to set up an appointment get received.

The communication with the provider was excellent the crew arrived on time. They were friendly, completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. I plan to use them again for some additional work in our backyard.

It didn’t turn out well and it was confusing. He came out and I told him what I needed. The first plans he provided me with did not include my suggestions. He then updated the plan sand gave me a bill that didn’t include the Big Deal. I ended up paying $350 for the plans. It was very confusing and their responsiveness was bad. I kept calling to try and confirm things and I couldn’t get through and it took days just for them to call me back. He didn’t end up performing any labor services. He just provided me with the plans.

Ive used these guys several times. Always seems to be the EXACT same story. Scheduling is a nightmare and once the guys are scheduled, they typically arrive on time, ready to work, work hard, and do a great job. Hard to not come back to them when they do such a good job. If the quality of the workers decline, I wouldnt work with them again... But so far its worth the schedulign trouble.

I purchased the BIG DEAL Landscaping package. They immediately took my money, but then said they could not come out to look at the job for 10 days. I agreed, but asked him call to set a time., Never heard back from him again. Seems pretty typical of what I've come to expect in Dallas. Was hoping coming back Angie's List could help me cut through all of that. I had been away for awhile, but my impression was always that this was a place to get people you can count on . In reading the reviews on this vendor, it's pretty obvious that's not the case any more. Makes you wonder whether they even bother to monitor the reviews received on the vendors they promote. So what exactly is one paying for when they purchace a subscription t Angie's List????

I purchased the $119 deal for three men to clean my yard for one hour. This turned into a two-day job due to the interruption by the bad weather. I am not happy with this company and will not use them again. I will have to complete what they did not finish myself tomorrow because they did not keep their word. Two workers arrived at approximately 9:25-9:30 am on May 8th. That was the day we had 60% chance of rain in the forecast and the skies looked like it would start pouring any moment. I even went on Angie's List that morning and messaged Wilson Landscaping about rescheduling the job but did not get a response from them and then the workers arrived. It would have been best to reschedule due to the weather forecast than to start the job and have to stop 20-25 minutes due to the heavy downpour. Two men arrived instead of three, which immediately was a red flag. Right away, the lead worker explained that because there were only two workers instead of three as stated in the deal, that they would be working for an hour and a half and would get everything done that I had noted on a list which I gave and went over with him. I am bi-lingual and spoke to the worker in Spanish to ensure that there would be no miscommunication. He seemed professional and reassuring and I took his word that they would. When the downpours came, the worker came to my door to tell me they had to stop due to the weather but he reassured me that they would return the next day, May 9th, at 11 am to finish the job. He told me that they would complete the remaining time due on my deal when they returned that next day. He even showed me the time noted and time remaining on the deal from his electronic device. I repeated some of the things that I still needed done and he reassured me that yes, he had the list I had given him and he knew what work it was that I wanted done and that they would complete it. I felt good and trusted that he would keep his word. The morning of May 9th, I cancelld an 11:30 function that interfered with the time frame the worker said they would arrive to complete the job. I moved my time to run personal errands to the afternoon as well. Around 12:45 or so, I heard a power trimmer and realized that the workers were in the front and side yards finishing up bagging leaves and trimming shrubs. I was glad they were out there and went to unlock the back gate so they would finish putting out the brush that was left to be put on the curb which they had not completed due to the weather. I thought it was unusual that no one came to the door when they arrived to let me know that they were there and would be working in my yard but was glad that they were just there. I had just sent Wilson another message on Angie's List asking someone to contact me on my cell phone and give me a status on the arrival of the workers because they had not showed up at the time they said that they would. I felt that if they weren't coming back today, I could run my errands rather than sit around and wait for them. Again, no response from Wilson to my message. I do not know what time they left because they just disappeared as quickly as they appeared. One minute you could hear the power tools then silence. I once looked out the window and saw that they were bagging leaves and felt they would go to the back yard next to finish that job. I also thought the worker would come to the door to let me know when the job was complete. When I went back to look out the window to see what they were doing, the truck was gone. I thought this was very odd and unprofessional. Common courtesey is communication. Leaf clean up was done well but the backyard work was messy. (see pictures below) Very disappointed in this company. Definitely not using them again nor giving them a good recommendation.

didnt go at all prepaid for the service. set the appointment and they then declined to honor our agreement.

They did a pretty good job. Three of the bushes that they planted did die but I am not sure that was their fault. The guys showed up on time and they listened to what I said. The guy that arranged everything was great and the scheduling was good. I would use them for anything other than planting bushes. I got my moneys worth for the Big Deal as they were able to do things I could not do including digging holes. They were very professional to work with and they were right on time.

Two men arrived, not the 3 noted in the ad, but they made up the difference in time. They didn't waste any time. While I was walking the lead man, Antonio, around to show him what I needed to have done, he already had his assistant starting on the first task. Very polite, hard workers. Cleaned up everything, bagged the trash and, since it was trash day, they went ahead and put the bags at the curb for pick up. The yard looks fresh and neat. I'd recommend this crew to anyone.

I was able to schedule prompt service with Wilson Landscaping and they arrived exactly on time and they impressed me in terms of ability to communicate and ask questions regarding what my top priorities were with the hour their 3 man team had per the deal I bought. My front and backyards looked AMAZING after they were done, and in only 1 hour! Even when my leg heals, I'm likely to have them back out to my house to perform cleaning every few months.

They were able to complete the job within a week. There were additional costs of about $500 for plants and mulch. The work that they did was very well and the end result was nice. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. Every plant they planted had a one year warranty. There was difficulty when one of the plants died and we needed to have it replaced. It took about six weeks before they responded and the dead plant was replaced. He was able to get a lot of work done through this deal. After they completed the work, they have been maintaining our yard biweekly ever since.

They kept delaying the day that they were going to come out and do the work, then they stopped communicating all together. So I went with someone else.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine for what I used them for. They did what I needed them to do. The pricing was fine; it was what I was willing to pay. They were on time.

He had the placement of my trees wrong, so his plan doesn't fit. The huge tree in back was drawn small and mis-identified as to type. Placement and proportions are off. Time will tell if the plant selections were appropriate. The folks at Calloways can't make sense of some of the plant suggestions.

The service was great. They came out within a week after I purchased the big deal. I would recommend the thoroughness of their work. They worked from start to finish in two hours and they did things without me asking. They were great. They were fantastic.

I bought the deal for 1 hour of work by 3 men. Dead bushes and ground cover were removed from flowerbeds, several bushes were transplanted. They worked fast and cleaned up the mess. I would recommend them.

I will not use Wilson again, nor suggest them to anyone else. I'm also a bit leary of the Angie's list deals because of the experience. I waited to write this, and debated doing so at all, but didn't want others to make the same mistake. Paid $499 for $1000 worth of man hours. Still don't think I ever got them. They tried to tell me after 2 men doing 2 hours of work that they were finished. I couldn't get the owner to call me back to schedule the remaining hours until I threatened to cancel the payment through amex and write a scathing review. my advice is stay away.

The work order was for the morning but crew went to another job. Owner rescheduled for the afternoon. The owner basically told the crew to complete whatever I needed done and they did.
